some chunky sells going through - if they are sells. No wonder he announced a buy back instead of a divi with this news looming
just to spoke to TH he said this is going to 13p or was 1.3p ....... sorry numbers never was his strong point... he's gonna get back to me... lol! ........what a ballsup
...Toby still raking in a hefty salary whilst destroying shareholder value ...Great! All in all in a good set of results expected for Toby and co. ... happy days chaps :)
Thanks for the heads up... u the man on the ground i take it lol
Very interesting post SJL and many thanks for taking the time to go out of your way, clarify with TH and report back. Can you clarify, when you say the disconnect in sp is due to the perception of a large seller, was this Toby just speculating or was this related to feedback he's received from other sources?
Added to my holding ... good luck bulls ;)
still confident this will play out - technicals are still being respected for the bulls - I couldve sold friday for a lesser profit but happy to continue to let this play out - technicals are still in our favour - i wouldnt lose faith just yet ;)
Proactive pfffff.... will be the typical "so Toby, how much bigger is your d!ck than everybody elses....wink wink cash in hand" questions ... send Toby over to TW at SP and let him face some real music ;)
Thanks SJL for that snippet of insight regarding the interest in your holding. Its reassuring to know there's demand for the shares, because at face value that doesnt appear to the the case ... ;)
My thoughts exactly .... their agenda is very different to ours... they're on a good screw, unlike the average pi who bought in the teens ... unless the big boys start kicking off toby and co. will continue to line their pockets whilst fobbing off the pesky bb warriors lol..... they should've got the divi out there, rally some interest in the stock and put us back on the radar... in contrast, we're barely up on a good rns and trading in the stock this morning has been flat... no doubt we'll be back in the mid 5s come friday
Sounds like they want the legacy contract obligations paid off before exploring any divi programme. In the meantime the buyback will act as safety net to prevent any further drift in the sp.
Someone switch on snooze control for another year
It's great that sjl is willing to give us his opinion and insight here... I doubt I'd still be holding were he not. What surprises me though is that the big shareholders appear at least to be prepared to take a backseat and let this play out. I wouldve expected icm holders to be banging on the door demanding the company look at ways to more effectively show value in the sp and their investment and any remuneration to bod members be kicked into touch with a firm message that until the performance of the sp is addressed, generous remunerations are firmly off the table. I'm not sure the results in the coming days will offer much either, trading activity has been flat ... this has become what the utilities business was in the 90s stockmarket, steadily churning over but nothing to get excited about :(
Let's be clear, whilst I appreciate the heads up mike, I have no interest in the activities of the company ... only where price is and where it can move to... makes trading a lot less complicated ;)
I bought my 1st tranche last friday ... to me this looks to be on the verge of decent gains
Will be much higher than today's sp ...give it time to show its hand
Cant see them moving off aim ... why would they ... small cap company watching the pennies... aim must be one of the cheaper to be listed on I would've expected
"the business now being well positioned for future growth."
....maybe eyeing up future acquisitions hence no dividend
Gotta luv the irony though ... RNS states 3 ways to add shareholder value
1- Growth .... expanding sales team ...check
2 - Acquisitions ..... ICM purchase ....check
3 - Innovation .... .luxe blockchain integration .... check
SP goes from 14.5p to 5p ...
U still here Tap?... I thought I'd had the last word... lol
... internet address for identifying and validating an internet payee for payment of a virtual internet currency, sounds plausible ......... errrr financial markets handing out freebies to disgruntled PI's... hmmm nice comparison there SS
