Why does Tier 1 scale have "scale" added to it, because it isn't Tier 1 or it would simply be referred to as Tier 1.
Champagne has to meet certain criterea to be allowed to be called Champagne. A Tier 1 asset has to meet certain criterea to be properly referred to as Tier 1.
It doesn't depend on how a company wants to describe it, there are rules about misleading investors. Calling something a Tier 1 asset when it doesn't meet the criterea to be defined as one would breach listing rules.
Claiming it's a Tier 1 scale asset is a different matter as it isn't a defined description, it's a label and nothing else and not something a JORC report would use as a description.
So once again, point to where WAI claim it's either a Tier 1 or Tier 1 scale asset. You can't because they didn't.
EUA want to claim it's a Tier 1 scale asset, fair do's as it means little in reality, just be aware of what the truth behind it is if investing based on it.
Hi IKN,
There is the reality of what EUA have to sell and that is what any potential buyer will basing their potential offer on. I have only corrected the misconception around claims that EUA are selling a Tier 1 asset (and many other false claims).
Prosecco v's Champagne, one is the real deal, the other isn't.
Tier 1 has a number of aspects that need to be met to be a true Tier 1 asset.
Tier 1 scale is something companies, not JORC reporting companies, use to gain interest.
There is undoubted potential at NKT and surrounding areas, whether they will be profitable and by how much hasn't been answered yet.
I invest based on the reality of what a company has, not the vain hopes of what I hope it may have and trying to point to the reality as opposed to the unfounded claims isn't being a naysayer or deramper, it's just being a realist.
But you were going to jump in and say what the difference was as per your 17.14 post.
Still waiting.
What about your alto ego DR, he was laughing away saying none of the idots would know the difference so clearly he claims to know, why don't you log off as IKN, log in as DR and explain.
Except the difference between a Tier 1 and Tier 1 scale resource wasn't the real point, that was that there is no point where WAI claimed it was a Tier 1 or Tier 1 scale resource.
Hi peaceonearth,
You asked the question, who should you believe, WAI or me.
Except you seem to have missed the bit where I say people need to read what WAI said in their report where there is no mention of a Tier 1 or Tier 1 scale resource. Tier 1 scale is EUA's spin on it.
Do EUA say "estimated by WAI as Tier 1 scale JORC compliant resources" no, they say "estimated by WAI as JORC compliant resources".
Understand the difference. Careful wording by EUA so as not to miss quote WAI.
Hi peaceonearth,
With respect, are you as thick as mince, I've said WAI have never called it Tier 1, read their report. Then read EUA's RNS.
"estimated by WAI as JORC compliant resource". The start of the RNS "Tier 1 scale Nickel deposit" is EUA's wording, not WAI.
WAI give an 11 year mine life, Tier 1 is 20 years +.
Important words, Estimated and resource, Try and understand them, they're important.
I recall GFD saying he was loading his entire famalies ISA's up at one point, if true and from his other claims of when he was buying he was in very deep. Might explain a somewhat public meltdown when it didn't go the way he hoped. I also recall someone saying they had sold their house and were living in a tent with their family in their friends garden having used some money from their house sale to load up here.
"Nobody bought or sold as a result of what they read on my account" Bold statement indead, thing is most wouldn't want to admit to buying here on the back of the backside being ramped out of this share, even before it reached the current level.
From the quick looks I had at what GMF used to put out there it was basically the same as ACF, predicting SP based on potential future production with little known about whether that production was possible prior to DFS etc.
2 possible scenarios del,
They are so busy sorting the final details of the sale that the WUP is to trivial to mention,
Or,
They can't be ....ed to keep shareholders informed.
Bull or Bear decides on which one you favour.
