I have it as much better odds of a signed deal by interims( mid sept) better then coin flip , given the holidays..lawyers.. even advance talks can slip by a month or 2 so that's is the only factor I would say that stops me from saying 100% a deal by mid September. Regardless I'm happy with my position here so even if there is a slippage there is no panic selling from me.

Well folks were at the half way point of august - another month and the interims will be here.. reading all the comments it would have you believe one thing .... and that's nothings for sure.

All I know is as a LTH there's everything to gain and nothing to lose. FG has been straight with us - if they are close to making a deal and want revenues post summer then i believe them.

Yes Agree ScotT - just a waiting game. Lets see what the next update is hopefully a deal signed maybe next week we get the update.. almost 2 months since the last business update.. given FG comments they seemed to have already been testing on the aftermarket boards and were confident no issues - would have expected them to move abit further on in any more testing or commercial discussions..
