Alittle far fetched for me to believe given the evidence.

No USteve they RNS when the subsidiary becomes material signs a contract, or is funded etc for now companies house filings is enough as preparation. If this is QBT related then would expected the specific details to be updated in due course.

FG has said the goal is to secure commercial agreements post summer. End of August we have crypto assets plc incorporated by QBT's own company secretary , at QBT's address, with SIC code 09900 (support activities for mining activities) , choosing a PLC structure instead of a cheap LTD shows serious intent - exactly what you would expect in preparation for contracts. Under AIM / Group accounting rules if a subsidiary is used, revenues will consolidate back to QBT so share holders will directly benefit... Timing and structure looks like foundations for deals to be signed...

No QBT will benefit this is just your buddy Usersteve fantasies , being not invested themselves maybe get off on seeing other investors fail.

All points towards related to QBT and more then a coincidence - also this is set up before end of summer - most likely to prepare for post summer revenues as per FG words.

Unless we get a deal before hand ..then the question of placing falls away.. even if it is 6 or 7 months away.

So supporting mining activities but are not directly mining themselves ? sounds like it neatly fits what QBT are offering via method A B and c ?

This is maybe more then just coincidence.. it does look more likely its set up to facilitate QBT mining R&D / commercialisation...

We don't know yet what the purpose is , I don't think it's anything malicious at this stage too.

This is interesting.. same address also. So on the face of it does seem or look like they are linked or related, cant say for sure.

They would need a separate legal entity structure anyway.. to collect licensing revenue or holding any crypto..perhaps they are deciding this at the moment.

So if they are gearing up for commercial activity and opening this company is part of it - then its to hold any crypto (bitcoin treasury) and receipt of revenue.. separating it from R&D.

Would need an RNS to confirm..or if FG is added as director..

It was post summer not end of summer.

And no it doesnt say they are working 24/7 to get a deal but reiterates pretty much everything we know so far.. anyone could have guessed interims were this week based on past RNS.

Financials - i think they have enough until Dec 2025.. before a placing in Jan/ Feb 2026 so they only really have 3-6 months to pull a deal off.

Given no material events to report under "post June 2025 events" means :

1. No technical breakdowns of any of the 3 methods

2. No collapse of negotiations with aftermarket board providerrs.

Just slow commercial negotiations.. would be good to get more insight into this if there is anything dragging these on.. but again nothing material so its not like the tech isnt working its just most likely commercial terms taking longer, any testing the aftermarket board providers are doing on their side under the NDA and legal paper works.. would be good to get an interview for more details.

Not much of a reaction today, looks like it was all priced in.

Keep piece missing is progress update.. nothing material to report i.e Deal has not been signed yet but at the same time none of the parties they have been negotiating with have walked away.

No Negative RNS ( confirmation of no deal) means who ever we are negotiating with are still highly interested in QBT Methods regardless of Bitdeer / Seal04

And anyway FG has said the mthods can sit on top of any Asic apart from method C so its all good.

Also Bitdeer look like small timers still trying to expand etc - propbably take several years by then QBT A & B methods would be widespread in aftermarket boards and eventually in current leading ASics used by miners.

June 19th - Negotiations with 2 aftermarket board makers - no RNS means those negotiations haven't collapsed at all.

Given its been 3 months - would expect them to be at very advanced stage .. with at least one of them or both ? but don't think anyone has pulled out.

FG already confirmed Lab testing complete - so no technical blockers most likely its just the legal terms and negotiations taking longer then everyone hoped.

FG was confident enough to say deliver after summer , positive tone in June and no negative RNS since then - therefore its more then half a decent chance the next update will be positive.

FG has set expectations of "deliver after summer" therefore a deal announcement with interims is possible, but if not i think we will get a detailed update on how advanced those discussions are. Overall l i think it will be a strong positive update.

A deal that takes a % of bitcoin mined would be amazing....

Id be whocked is there was a placing but given the RNS earlier this year they are fully funded until next year.

The only delisting i could see happening was GST.. but that Scam will continue it seems. QBT i see no chance FG is as credible as they come.

BEst not to be swayed by the daily movements - what yesterday has proven is how quick this will move on positive news. only 10 days to go until interims - 3 months of negotiations.. expecting a good update.
