Yep. MVR would have tested the Go and known this of course. They did the preliminary release to coincide with the release of the Go ie the strategy of both companies is in tandem. Surely MVR would have waited for the Santa Cruz if they were working on an independent strategy - the first users would have had a much better experience! It is perfectly clear that FB are driving this project.

You’re looking at it the wrong way around. Melody VR will showcase the Santa Cruz. So, whatever MVR need to help FB sell these bad boys, I’m sure they will get. Do I think MVR have already been recording using equipment that allows 6DoF? Yes. Do I think MVR have been doing this for some time, for FB? Yes. Why? Join the dots. We know there have been proper adverts for MVR recorded - when will we see them? When MVR properly launches in Oct

There’s lots of info available about the Santa Cruz to be honest (mainly flowing from initial prototype reviews). If it does half what it promises to it will be a much better fit for MVR in terms of showcasing its full capability and functionality

I think my point is being taken too literally. I’m sure the Santa Cruz will have at least two warehouses ;-)

That’s the point I think - they don’t seem to have a warehouse full of Go’s ready to be shipped. I think they were/are using the Go to glean initial interest at a very reasonable price, probably at a break-even price. Why? Maybe because the real deal is on the horizon. Just my opinion. Stay positive.

Why would FB buy MVR? They would be buying rights to exclusive music content (most of which has been held back, deliberately in my view) which would (a) attract more customers; and (b) help sales of the Go or Santa Cruz. Microsoft have a clear interest in MVR too, so FB cooperation with Microsoft may help them both monopolise the market and other products too.

I’m not worried about existing warrrants. Shares sold at a discounted sp should/will ‘quickly’ get swallowed up and bought at a much higher sp in any event. The affect on the sp is neutralised as a result

On my own personal analysis (and predicted strategy of the BOD) the share price will move past 16p and quickly move towards 40p just before October 18. So yes, that is in line with the 38p predicted share price (and £500m m’cap) but I suspect we’ll get there quicker than the report appears to suggest.

Maybe he/she will wake up this am with no recollection of said silly post; then read about a quick, heavily discounted buy-out, then panic sell all of the 500 shares he/she owns :-)
