I could have made a lot of money elsewhere with the money thats been tied up here, in fact just buying some OEICs could have more than doubled my cash in this timeframe.

I wasnt aware there was a shareholder vote of the CE acquisition but thats probably me being dumb plus me seeing this as a bottom draw holding for me.

If the significant seller held below the usual reporting thresholds its unlikely we will ever know who they are, I would guess if a broker divulged this he may get sued. (May be Flawlesskicks !)

At least they have a good reason for a placing unlike most nano-cap shares which do it just to keep the board in steak dinners and lavish travel expenses !

Carillion was another fraud like Enron, Tesco etc where they just lied to their auditors or their auditors where not on their game, I think this is very unlikely here...

If DEV gave more exciting forward looking statements it would become like SOU and look what happened to them with their master ramper CEO -- I like DEV the way it is !

I like this stock too - trouble is me and quite a few others bought about 6 years ago. If I was buying from scratch now yes it is a buy definitely but when you add the "it may take years" to this -- not looking so cool now !

Covid was a gift to them re : the AGM will be a closed meeting, even more opportunity to distort or withhold info from us.

Hedgehog - If you want accuracy this share has gone from around 15p in March 2017 to the pitiful level it is today. We are starved of company info and see no light at the end of the tunnel. I was in the electronics/tech industry all of my career and know the importance of Tantalum - but you have to understand why some people are not Giles Clarke cheerleaders like yourself. I personally think your comments regarding poster steve are rather undesirable....

Ford - you do realise that if you do get into the bunker a) you will not make instant money because of it and b) you will be under the influence of the 'Kiran can do no wrong' brigade so I would be careful if I were you...

As I have previously posted, I have reasonable knowledge of what Capita are/get involved with in my work in the ICT business before I retired recently. I also do not think their flow of contract signing is going to decline any time soon and as such I cant understand whats keeping the SP so low....

Im afraid all BB's for small cap shares are 'infected' or 'infested' with swing trading rampers, but you soon get to spot them IMO... Just a pity you cant get the pest control people in !

Christ reading all of this rambling guesswork is making me lose the will to live ! If we dont see something positive in the next trading week or at least a useful update I think KDNC has not changed a bit and its BAU....
