I said this a whle ago and was absolutely shouted down. But it is a logical theory as to why they have been doing the crazy stuff they have been doing, ie buying expensive assets causing equity dillution and not really driving the deep activities properly. I dont think I believe that anyones so incompetent they can flow one of these deeps after all the years they have been working on them. The share price is pretty low now so any share buyback would not have to be at a high price - so YES taking it private should not be ruled out IMO..

I think poor quality small cap co's are happy to exploit PI's - for one thing they can do what they like to PI's and there is now comeback. HOWEVER better quality co's go after II's who know where the company is going - I hope that is the case here as I have invested in too many dog-poo AIM co's who could not attract II's...

I think this is absolutely right. Tesla is a mania in the USA and always had all the hallmarks of a bubble stock going by the vast corporate debt they have. Granted they have done some cool stuff and most people would like a Tesla including me, but the cold hard numbers are still way off the mark to be stable...

Logic would dictate that they all didnt do this for a laff !

My opinion is I dont know why everyone is talking on this BB at all. This stock is worthless and is just a name changed re-itteration of ROSE petroleum which left many people 99% down on their investments. These people havent drilled a hole yet and already the ramp crew have installed themselves here. This stock should have been de-listed IMO and I cant see any course of action other than the exploitation of PI's and the odd day trader making a few quid on the odd spike...

Well now its official all of these stock analysis sites are utter fairytales and whats worse they expect you to pay for them !

I couldnt agree more strongly ! We buy a rather pointless and expensive boat which is burning our cash so there has to be some end to the chess game !

I'm sure this must be arbitrage traded due to the clear disparity between the markets its traded on...

I am not recommending what to do and what not to do, but as I have said earlier I have some peripheral knowledge of Capita and their activities, and one of their problems has been winning contracts at all costs (ie sometimes at breakeven or even a loss) this is what they have had to recover from IMO. The public sector are by no means blameless here as they have forced this type of behaviour. If I had a fiver for every time I have been in a meeting with someone from public sector and heard them say "its not just price but the quality of the bid" I'd have a ice speedboat on the proceeds !

Agree with this in part but at around 30p a buy in here is a no brainer....

As no one has said it for a while, I would like to say - would not like to be out of this over the weekend !

I was wondering whether my decision to take a modest position in CPI was the right decision lately as I broke the golden rule of recovery investing -'look for actual signs of recovery' but now I feel much more comfortable that this will come good from the current price...
