The FTSE main market is not just about MCAP in fact I know several main market shares that have a smaller MCAP eg DEV.
Its about a heavier regulatory burden and higher costs to the co in question. I would assume if BCN was to go main market they would have to employ more staff to do the extra admin and also I believe the costs are higher too...

This happened the other week it went up to nearly 40p but came straight back down again as nothing has changed other than a desire for MM's to make some beer money and without an RNS this will be the same - but on the bright side a reliable range trading share...

Funny really talking lockdown etc. I went to Exeter yesterday our local big town, and I didnt see one person fall in the street clutching their own throat - very odd. This isnt what the government and media have been telling us for months...

There is definitely a huge IF floating over this boat. IF it gets contracted out then yes the numbers show it could soon be paid for. IF this does not happen we will be back to square one where the shareholders have been lumbered with a costly and depreciating asset that is a transferred liability from KO's other dealings. I still say no one else was and will foreseeably be in the frame to buy this barge. I have always thought that the drilling business was better than the oil producing business looking at the junior oilers I know of and perhaps this drilling barge may prove this this theory - but personally I doubt it will...

I was reading the board last night and this morning and there was roughly 70 posts but still nothing happening...

One of the other advantages of BCN is that it is not environmentally devastating like the south American brine based producers, this doesnt get mentioned but could be a big factor...

Was looking at this stock and trying to decide if its hot, or whether its another AIM 'jam tomorrow'or sometime in the next couple of years ? A lot of the dialogue on the board seem to indicate the latter !

@owls - I agree Capita is a dog of a company but at these prices its like buying a pedigree Labrador at £10. I am not here because I' love' Capita I am here because at these prices it is a no-brainer in value terms...
