There are 2 parts I believe. Recognition (as you say this is completed in some jurasdictions) and enforcement If GOI do not pay then CNE have to go to court again with a list of assets they want to seize I believe. This is where things could become difficult.

Problem withe selling the "debt" is that it's not a debt. Cairn have not even recognised it on their accounts. Right now it will be bought at a very heavy discount.

I think after the award is recognised it then needs another judge to enforce it. This is where india may start to throw some spanners in the works.

So current market cap is about $1.2 billion. If we say around 1/3 of the award is already priced in then a doubling of the SP would be on the cards.

Based on past performance they will not re invest the award or put it to work in any way so I don't think we would see any sort of premium on the SP beyond the cash value

I think we are building a floor at these levels. Good base to rise gradually as POO holds these levels through the rest of the year.

40p once refinance is sorted and we have some clarity on hedges in place for H2. 60p year end.
