Thordon - 100% agree with your comment about helium ships. This was the proposal back when SCIR first invested if I remember correctly. Just no.

Also worth noting that qatar's helium plant that came online recently took over 10 years and 5 million man-hours to bring into operation. And they have existing infrastructure.

If I were SCIR BOD I would exit He1 and take the loss. It could be a lot worse once the jam fails to materialise.

What I meant is that the implication by the OP that a low-ball (hostile or otherwise) offer could go through is unlikely due to the high percentage owned by TC. He will be a seller one day but I hope it will be another few years and many multiples of this SP.

I think more likely is that we will see farm in or outright sale of Perth soon. That would unlock a lot of value here.

The chairman owns nearly 30% so takeover is unlikely even at this low valuation.

News flow is non-existent...I expect this to change as some of the projects get sanctioned and potentially drilling towards the end of 2021.

This type of delay has been pretty common in winter. FPSO uptime is around 85-90%....guessing a big part of that is weather / sea state related.

It's actually been a very good winter so far for Kraken. Hopefully she will lift today or tomorrow. Weather looks ok and sea state is moderate to rough.

The EU played politics with astra seneca to mask their failure to secure doses. The current decisions are individual country's but the EU has played it's part in sowing the seeds of mistrust among the population.

Aimster...not sure if you have been paying attention but most people here are furious with the BOD. They have destroyed value in their time at the company IMHO.

They got a wake up call from Big Double around a month ago. The consensus seems to be that they are on very thin ice. I fully expect a new BOD by the end of this year. At that point this may become investible.

IF a GOOD deal is announced then the SP will undoubtedly rise.

I just don't believe this BOD can deliver a good deal.

I think the strategy is a complete mess and the BOD are grasping.
