I suspect the company have no idea what the costs would be to develop any discoveries.

All I have found so far in an RNS is a statement that all the infrastructure needed is nearby or some wording to that effect.

The resource estimated are large but if it trickles out of the well then it might not be worth development and operating costs.

Yes, when posters use the word bloodbath I always feel they are saying it with relish.

I guess the point is that the sort of people who pump the likes of helium 1 are speculators who don't really care whether any discovery is ever actually developed. They will sell out at some point before the drill results if they have any sense.

Reality soon sets in when the practicalities of development start being discussed.

If HE1 are smart they will raise funds now while the SP is supported by the hot air merchants. BPC did this in the run up to their drill and I think they played a blinder. In the interests of genuine long term holders but not in the interests of anyone looking to cash out on speculative bubble

Yes it's a correction. Back to where we were all of a few weeks ago. I note also that enquest was at 21p then as well so I see no reason for a 10% drop tomorrow as whiteaces is now predicting.

It's a dollar up from the low now so might even have a blue day tomorrow.

Enquest is still undervalued at brent $60. If AB announces good hedging for H2 I will be happy. $70 was an obvious place to do it and there must have been an opportunity to do it around there.

All very well to say something as a vice president when the top man asks you to. As I say, in my experience the new guy (or girl) usually likes to make their own mark. It's a sign of weakness if they just don't come up with their own ideas.

So with respect I will wait and see how the new president behaves. What she said a month ago does not really matter and is pretty nebulous anyway.

Maybe a suspension of all licences until she has put her stamp on them?? Wouldn't rule that out.
