I feel SCIR need to preserve cash for the work programme in Tanz and not speculative share purchases. Perhaps they could sell equivalent value in HE1 shares then take up the option.

Stonefold - I was giving a nod to those on here yesterday who were saying that the rise in HE1 MC had added xx% to SCIR.

Of course it is a nonsense - as I say - a heavy discount should be applied to the holding until it is fully liquidated.

Stonefold - MMs just used the HE1 rise to raise the price here. Probably trying to offload some shares onto unsuspecting punters.

The fact they have not dropped it today suggests they don't need any more stock (they will generally drop the price to look for sellers).

The stake in HE1 is not worth much until it is sold.
