Chris - BOD had a choice. If they had any competence they would have known it was being undervalued and increased their stake by participating in the IPO. You keep defending these guys, but they made a serious error with their HE1 investment which has lost SHs a lot of money!

Yes management made a real booboo not participating in the IPO / letting the IPO be priced so low.
