I am also out at the moment and hope to buy in again a little lower. Ride up from 29p and sold at 46p so happy either way.

Hopefully will get a chance to buy back in though as I really like the assets. Confident that TC will realise value here.

You are very angry for someone who is in massive profits here. Why do you care if someone has a negative view?

And why do you feel the need to gloat? For someone of your age it is a little childish.

I offer a realistic view. We have a stranded gas asset in Africa. And a few shares in a wildcat helium driller that is, in my opinion overvalued. Very little cash on hand to fund the work programme.

I think it’s great the BOd started selling at 16p and sincerely hope for all holders that they liquidate it all above that price.

That said the share is overvalued. Fair value is around 8 million market cap IMHO.

I don’t think we will see sub 1p for a while now if the BOD liquidate the HE1 holding above 16p. If there is a bad renewables deal, placing, or issues with Ruvuma then half a penny is back on the cards!!!

The reason the BOD sold is that they have no confidence in the SP of HE1 being sustainable IMHO.

Remember they gave away 10% of their equity at 3p a few months ago!!!!

And another 1% or so at 11p!!!

Clearly they are loving the mug punters being drawn in. They can’t do it themselves at SCIR because SCIR has a long history of failure to grow shareholders funds.

Bet they can’t believe their luck!!!!

The boys over on the HE1 board are none to pleased with SCIR pooping on their pumping party!!!

HE1 now selling off too.

SCIR still holding 17m shares. Hopefully they can get out at a good price and this isn't the start of the rush to the exits!!!

HE1 could have been great for SCIR. Imagine we had maintained our equity by participating in the placing at 3p. We would have 14% now!!

Now that would have been truly transformational.

4% is worth next to nothing by the time the BOD nd there pals take a healthy cut.

This time next year maybe we will see a sustained rise.

Is SCIR worth current market cap? I doubt it personally.

Seems to have been some coordinated ramping. LTH now exiting? When you deduct the value of the HE1 shares, this is now looking very overvalued for the assets and management track record.

Lol, 13m market cap? For a stake in HE1 worth about £4 million and no other assets of value?

Chris - I don’t believe the BOD have publicly stated this so be careful about posting your private conversation on a public forum.

We all hope the BOD will do the right things in the interests of SHs, but history shows them making a real mess of this.
