Price action would suggest those are “sells” rather than “buys”

Seems like the ramping crew is in the vinegar strokes trying to keep HE1 SP afloat. Drop could happen soon IMHO.

Perkins - that is as may be, but it is a sign that some of the bigger players think HE1 is overcooked.

Down 7% so far - I expect we will see a trigger for a much larger sell off as pIs head for the exits

Why would you say it’s positive Mav? Surely the entity exercising the warrants will now be selling the new shares and banking the 6p/ share profit?

If is the key word - I believe the CoS is around 30%. So you’ve got a 2 out of 3 chance that the company becomes effectively worthless. On the other hand 1 in 3 times they will discover commercially viable helium source. Will it be. a case of sell on news? Often that is what happens.

Anyway, HE1 seems like an expensive gamble with poor risk / reward at current SP. that’s why I think SCiR should sell the lot.

AA - it is hardly bashing to express a view on what will make the SP rise and fall. You seem to see only a rise as possible, and were happy to jump on the tails of the very obvious ramping crew that appeared here last week!!

Hi Chris - thanks - I’m not too bothered about daily movements - the spike up 50% was a pump and dump...same as the rise last week.

When HE1 sells off (assuming we have no further comms about SCIR selling) we will see my target IMHO.

I have the patience...not going to get involved with something at the wrong price because of FOMTB!!!

Big pot - you must be new here - I am upfront about not being currently invested, and what it would take for me to buy in.

If the BOD sell HE1 and bank around £4 million then that changes things. Equally if the BOD come forward with a good deal and a credible strategy for existing and new assets then it's a game changer.

I am putting forward an opinion on a possible entry scenario in the short term.

Big D - no need to lower yourself to personal attacks. You seem to think you are a bit of a big man? Organizing meetings with the BOD. Do you really think they were doing anything other than laughing at you and Chris after your call?

And how much intelligence does it take to have the wool pulled over your eyes by the current BODs for the last X years? And invest in a company which has been on nothing but a downward trajectory?

As to me...if it goes to below 1p then I will reconsider and may buy in. Its certainly not my motivation for posting.

Hitman - it sounds like you have already sold (in your heart at least).

I don’t think anyone would fault you bowing out at the next rise....but of course as you say it is easy to get caught up in the excitement.

For me this looks like an easy double up if you think the refinance will go through, EP will be put back to work, and POO will hold above $60.

I do not expect any stellar production rises. AB is normally very conservative with guidance - he knows things happen.

Big D - if investors need to seek out the BOD then there is something seriously wrong.

I am beyond that, and I am one of those people on the sidelines that the BOD need to convince. They can do this by demonstrating progress against their strategy.

If the BOD want to engage with investors then there are channels they can use to do this. I am happy to listen to a webcast with Q&A. I won’t go begging to them for a private meeting and then post all over the internet about it.

Things take longer to happen than you think they will, and then they happen faster than you thought they could.

Im not going to call 60p by year end...but it’s not impossible. When she moves, she will move big time. I agree that refinance going through will be the catalyst.

Plans for EP are well advanced and could give us the first rung up to 30p

Anyone getting excited about the forties outage is not very sophisticated. Planned outages are necessary and just part of normal business in the North Sea.
