Indeed Romaron - this is once in a decade type of opportunity IMHO. Very little downside risk and huge upside.

We then need to see cash generative assets coming into the business.

The shiny strategy is great in theory, but so was the last one that the BOD gave up on. They should really have resigned after that debacle if they had any honour.

What are these BODs up to? Time is money (especially when Gneiss are involved). I have no doubts there will be some big wads of cash going their way when these deals are announced. Must say that will leave a very sour taste for LTH here.

The proposed raise is rather small. Current market cap is 450 million dollars. So a $50 million placing at today’s price is only adding 10% approx to shares in issue.

Compare this to Magnus acquisition where shares in issue increased by about 45%.

The placing is a non issue. Just need to get it done.
