Why on earth were the BOD not slung out after they failed to deliver their first strategy?

It’s been 3 years now and we have sold some valuable assets, handed over a million or 2 to Gneiss, and purchased a man and his dog type small farmers side hustle. Doesn’t scream success to me but maybe others see something I don’t?

I just want to know what Gneiss have done for their money??

Hi Chris- the stake is only worth what they end up selling it for. A sensible investor would attribute zero value to our retained stake as if is such high risk.

Tha company is apparently going to have an EV of £100 million in a few years so on that basis cashing out £2 million is of zero consequence and will only serve to keep the lights on for a while given the high burn rate here.

It’s natural to cling on to the small positives but must admit it comes accords as a little desperate!

He1 is the best thing going for this company, but it is fairly immaterial in the scheme of things. The SP unlikely to react, evidenced by the decline we have seen here since the start of the year.

Pretty outrageous the damage the BOD have done here to loyal shareholders.

Indeed much rather have an honest trader doing some actual charting than KOs doom and gloom.

Personally I think it looks highly unlikely we will see 16p unless there is a serious operational problem or Brent goes into free fall.

Every day risk is being removed as more cash comes into the business.

I initially assumed shutdown, however we actually import a lot of gas for gas lift so maybe just a brighter flare and some slightly reduced production.

I’m assuming they would isolate the pipeline but perhaps not?

Best way out seems to be to wait for a proper pump and dump spike and just be quick on the sell button?? No real reason for the SP to double from here unless the BOD can finally punt on the tanz assets. Wouldn’t hold your breath on that on!

I would be very wary of the ramping crew operating on this share chat page. Anyone suggesting this is an “easy bag” is try to sell their shares to you I would suggest!!

Why do they want to exit so badly?

Well I will leave people to do their own research, but there are certainly a few red flags for me, not least, where has all the money gone!!!

It is my view that the share price will see a downward correction here... the BOD have had 3 years and we now have one asset purchase which doesn’t come close to producing cash to keep the lights on.

Helium 1 has really saved the day so far but gains from here look limited. If SCIR had defended their percentage better then HE1 would have been company making.

Instead the cash received so far has been spunked on an expensive looking small business. What will the BOD treat themselves and their friends at gneiss to with our funds next?

Best hope is that they punt on Tanzania assets for £10-15 million and return it ALL to shareholders. Nobody believes they can / will do this.

My expectation is we will see 0.5p in the next few months

This company would not need death spiral finance if the BOD were a little less profligate with SH funds

Hi joel - the BOD diluted themselves away at 2.84p. That is where the real money could have been made. A few 100k here and there means nothing to this BOD , and the market knows it, hence no buying.

I would be careful on this one lads - Brent is showing a great deal of strength. Just waiting perhaps for opec to pull the trigger next week.

I think we will see $80 before any significant pull back.
