We also avoid emissions by reusing which surely counts for something in this crazy ESG world. Perhaps drop some more efficient turbines on top for good measure. The big one is minimising flaring.

Therapist - topsides could easily be done in Europe (as it all was in 2012. And it’s an easy multi-module build and lift. The hull and marine systems should all be good as a lot of work was done in 2012-15.

It is very unlikely that it can be redeployed without new topsides processing modifications, probably a new module or 2. For example if used on Perth it would need a sweetening plant.

This would sort out financing if we can get a guaranteed price for 15 years. Could be good timing with studies well advanced.

I think Enquest will redeploy - most likely it would be part of a farm in deal if they do “sell” it.

I can’t see anyone buying it outright (say approx £200 million?). Really depends what it’s worth to prospective buyers and how many buyers are bidding.

A small player like PMG couldn’t afford it but they could give away a big chunk of GPA with FPSO and cost carry as payment.

I think you are right that today was retail driven. The SP is not reflecting true value. We just need the grown ups to take over driving duties and I think we will see 40p.

Had a listen to the audio cast. The future looks very good in terms of low cost wells next year then something bigger in 2023-2025.

Studies ongoing for renewables at SVT (I suspect for beyond 2025).

AA, Steve - the strategy was announced a while ago now. I expected a little more progress to be honest. If it takes a year to get this tiny deal over the line then what will it take to achieve a scale that can return cash to shareholders?

I think GE deal completion should really be priced in, but perhaps market will be surprised how much the purchase price has been reduced. Announcement of plans for BBK would be nice but I suspect that might be a 2023 story.
