The Chinese gave been making very close links over the last year and plan to spend. Billions of pounds in Bangladesh. In return? They want the coal and power stations. MOU pre Xmas then signed next year by government possibly. If it happens then 600p +. Likely to happen is getting better than previous but still many hurdles
