RE: Goldman Sachs and other big banks tumble over hedge fund default1 Apr 2021 10:27
Good Morning Rodney, I thought I would post just to clarify and reply to some of your “points” made.
On Monday 29/03/21 I wrote: “Rookie1, your short may be coming to fruition. Good Luck My Friend.” A slight grammatical error on my behalf meant that I missed adding a question mark after the word “fruition” i.e. I was actually intending to ask a question rather than make a statement. One of the risks of autocorrect when using an iPad on a train? My sincere apologies for my grammatical error which could be misinterpreted as me indicating me the price was likely to drop, or as you describe as pessimistic.
On Thursday 25/03/21, whilst not in reply to me, you wrote “On here long before you as walter grant.....dont you read???? look at the threads from 2014-2019 if they still exist.” I remember you on here as Walter Grant as your historic posts were very similar to those you have shared recently i.e. in being somewhat argumentative, repetitive and misquoting individuals to suit your own narrative. I also remember you disappearing overnight so cannot quote some of your historic threads.
I have contacted the administrators at LSE just to understand why your previous Member Name of Walter Grant and threads have disappeared? They advise “whilst we cannot expand on specifics as to why a member name may no longer exist, as a general statement, the most common reason is that they have been removed due to the volume of complaints reported against them predominantly for being abusive or disruptive”. I assume, unless you advise me to the contra, that this is the reason for your new member name? Unless you are about to use the old chestnut of I couldn’t remember my password, even though it could be reset. LOL!
I can see that you appear to have already reverted to personality type as per your previous pseudonym i.e. one of your posts calling Rookie1 an “idiot” has also disappeared, at this rate you may have to join as member for third time?
To use your terminology “don’t you read????”. My past recent posts indicate that I am currently neutral on buying Barclays as a short term swing trade and I have repeated this, from memory on at least three occasions. However, I hold a medium/long term chunk at £1.20 and are not looking to sell them. So please, stop repeating that I am pessimistic, when I am not, or have indicated the price will drop - bar my explanation of my error in point 1.
Eight of your Ten posts to date indicate “this will climb to £2 then £2.50”. I hope you are right, for me, you and everyone else’s sake. However, I feel that this constant Ramping is unnecessary.
Good Luck and I hope that £2.50 arrives sooner rather than later for us all!
