Giant Steps - I tend to agree with your no news till 2022 theory. For me, the last few RNS have been nothing more than a comfort blanket. They’re buying time IMO. I would be slightly alarmed that there’s been no mention of the deal progressing in the more recent RNS. Keeping a keen eye on this one.
