Gecko - I’m not digging you out here but as others have mentioned you’ve criticised plenty for questioning timescales and their need to sell up. I hope in future you bear this in mind and instead of being abusive, please consider there’s a broad church of PI’s here with their own needs and limits. I’ve ticked up all your posts today because I agree with you wholeheartedly. I know we’ve been here before and I’m also aware you’ve been quick to switch back when it suits. You’re going to take some heat off a few on here but I congratulate you for giving what seems like a genuine insight into a predicament many invested are probably facing right now. In my case I’m potentially going underwater on my latest buy if this trend continues and I never thought I’d be saying that. In all honesty I’ve got no idea anymore how this will turn out.
