Doesn’t drive a stampede to buy so I wonder who was number 1 and if that moved the share price….

RNS released…no supporting X (formerly known as Twitter) update. Anyone at GWMO noticed yet? Just for a moment I began to believe the team had got their comms and business momentum aligned. Let’s hope that when the results come through in next 4 - 8 weeks that they are bonanza and someone remembers to post them and alert the wider media to the opportunity this company has!

So a few weeks ago we had a daily sometimes multiple daily updates coming through on X formerly known as Twitter. This coincided with the share price move up…it’s now 2 weeks since the last update/picture…what’s happened to the poster. Are they on holiday? Most of this was driven by the “new” Tungsten opportunity. Those of us who have been here some time recognise there is gold, silver and copper claims all there to be exploited and a built mine and literally piles of mined material ready to be sifted. Any chance the board could pick one project and deliver on it? Maybe that should be the theme for the social media channel. Posts on gold, posts on copper, posts on silver, posts on tungsten, posts on the mine, posts on the spoil heap…there is so much to talk about…that is why investors are still here. All of the metals we have opportunities with have seen MEGA price increases in the last 12-24 months so everything GWMO is working on is of significantly higher value!!! Focus, patience and execution! Come on GWMO!

I don’t disagree that in store appears to be going well! The internet had a poor 2024 blamed on a third party. It’s now got a poor 2025 - 36% down on the poor 2024…so it’s a miss for 2025 when it should have been a win in terms of year on year sales. So in 2026 they have a huge opportunity to get internet right and gain some easy positive year on year.

Just read the Works update. Hopefully the Kelso Grp Holding representative will make the point someone needs to take ownership of The Works third party internet relationship and get it to deliver because being 36% down in moving from one location to another is terrible! The move is from one professional fulfilment house to another professional fulfilment house so someone has to be accountable and if either of the third parties is then some form of compensation must be due. Stores holding up but someone dropped the ball with the internet! If they can drop the ball on a major project and still maintain the EBITDA guidance then there is significantly more upside so they need to get stuck into them about that too! Disappointed that the internet impact has sucked some of the momentum out of this positive retail story!

36% down year on year for the internet. Less than 10% of turnover. If it were 10% of the business this is a 3.6% sales drop for the Group. If its 5% of the business its a 1.8% sales drop for the Group. Someone has to be responsible for this component of the business and the third party was blamed for the poor performance in the prior year and so they paid the price and a new third party was appointed. The move to this new third party has delivered a worse performance!!! It has now been flagged that there will be an ongoing constraint and more resource required to support it. So on balance is the internet better or worse? Who is responsible? Anyone can see that FY26 was supposed to benefit from improved internet performance but the only saving grace for this failure is that the FY27 performance will reap the benefit... So if the board is so confident they can hit the £11m EBITDA with this failure included...there is way more to be had and some of the bigger shareholders need to hold some feet to the fire because the internet project failure cannot be allowed to go unnoticed! Putting the "what if" spin on this they should have been celebrating single digit growth in a challenging market and announcing total confidence in delivering the EBITDA target. Lets see if they deliver the market guidance now or we get a panicked update nearer to Christmas which blames the budget! Really disappointed the team dropped the ball on the internet move!

I'll happily take 18 days of 20% daily rise to get to my 50p target too...I think I have been exceptionally patient up to this point.

Could the stars finally be aligning? All the reasons many of us have been here for years are even further reinforced by recent events;

1. Mining in USA - great location and Government who wants to mine or "drill baby drill!"

2. Mill - whole area is getting fever pitch...so surely having the mill with permits, and nearly ready to go will realise a return..

3. Mill+ - the spoil heaps that have gone up many times over in value should be revalued at today's gold and silver prices...meaning £xm value

4. Gold - lots of indicators

5. Silver - lots of indicators

6. Copper - lots of indicators

7. Tungsten - our new "hope" lots of indicators

8. Experienced Board of Directors

Surely GWMO time is now but everyone who has been here a long time knows that the current pattern is "hype" - more shares printed to keep everyone gainfully employed with "jam tomorrow" script and then agonising delay!

But what if...this is the time when we strike all targets and partners come on board.

Could we really dream of being another Greatland Gold story?

A minnow that goes from a market cap of £2.5m to £250m...thats right at that level I think everyone gets their money back and makes a profit. At 50p I think all my purchases show in the black. So I'll be holding for a MCAP of £80m.

No pressure BOD but that would be a wonderful recovery, and all new holders would be ecstatic!

Now one RNS at a time...without a rights issue one would be brilliant!

There used to be a poster APROGERSON I think who had done a lot of this work/calculations...not sure if you can filter and find it but it was some good work.

I've always believed that with a tiny amount of momentum of news, and results this should be worth circa £12m mcap (7p) before any further positive momentum (at one point I owned just shy of 1% of the shares...before diltution...of last 3 years!). I've been in this share a long time but the gold & copper are still in the ground (and the Silver!).We've moved from being focused on copper, to focused on gold, and now we seem to be back to copper as focus. Many of the RNS's read like you just need to get over there with a spade as its so near the surface, and we probably could have paid someone to manually sift the spoil heaps by now but we have a joint venture funded to construction level of a mill - did we ever get a test run? And we're looking for Tungsten too as its the new desirable mineral. A glossy new presentation from the board of directors... surely we can get one of the 4 opportunities over the line in the next 12 months!

Kelso astute investment and the knowledge garnered from the time on the board is showing a payback. Look forward to reading the Kelso commentary on the works investment over the coming months.

Could do with them cranking up the PR now… a positive story on the high street!

No rush but a positive success story is currently lacking from the general narrative about retail.

Everything is in line with previous guidance but the new news is +5% LFL to end of last week! Sales growth, profit growth and confidence they can hit increased market expectations. Plenty to like and the most important thing in retail - momentum!

Looking forward to seeing the results and presentation this week. Will we hit a new high?

I think its some profit taking and I think someone will happily keep buying at this price - I would if I had any more funds!!

I know there are not many people interacting but thought at one point we were going through 70p today! Anyway new "recent times" high tested and good volumes being traded so sticking with my guns on this moving along to 84p for results. Will see if I'm write in 4 weeks time.

Anyone else noticed the steady progress being made now. The results are due on 22nd July. 4 weeks today. My thoughts are 84p on or near this day which takes market cap to £50m on this day. 503 store chain with turnover of £270+m and high % of stores profitable. Clear plan, motivated team and most importantly momentum. Got the benefit in fy25 of annualising over £1m of one off costs in fy24 - redundancy and the move to Aim. Exchange benefit still to come! Not sure the optimistic £2 will be achieved but £1 could be breached from here.
