I am invested in SNG with 70% of my portfolio and the other 30% in in AVCT. Have a read on them. They have a good platform of drug trials and antigen test kits to pop out any day. DYOR

If I got it right, over 53% of shares in sng are in the hands of PIs. So, I imagine, despite what has been said by a poster a while back, institutional buying can and will be happening in the 10,000 and 20,000 tranches!

On the AZN board they recognise the importance of a COPD treatment and no one can argue against it, really. If the results are positive of our phase II the impact on the sp will be substantial. AZN knows it.

If there were a bid for SNG from AZN, it doesn't stop a counter being placed on the table by another big pharma from the USA, for instance (to please some here).

Yes, B1, just like what they said about AZN when they did when they bought ZS Pharma in 2015.

We are about to know the COPD results, and based on SNG001 phase II with 79% success it looks good.

AZN has all the right connections with SNG

AZN raised cash via Bonds in 2015 ZS pharma for $2.7 Bl

The bonds issue to be completed by the 6th August

AZN must have had full access to SNG phase II trial results and aware of progress of COPD

My thoughts as well. AZN on a "buy" mode? $3B raised by the 6th August can buy small pharmas indeed. Lots of talking behind closed doors. They seem to have a history of raising cash via bond issue. A £2 bl will take my shares from me.

Interesting times.

Great article. In short, good if we have vaccine, but for how long immunity will last and according to Vietnamese government the new strain is more contagious. A treatment is what will we need most.

Hi,

I found this on the lancet. Another study using interferon-k aerosol. I know it's not beta, but I would imagine the idea is the same. I expect our interferon beta to get a much better review. I cannot wait to see the COPD results.

Sparta, the deramper is saying there were two saliva tests... WRONG! One is a saliva and the other one is a swab test.

Secondly, the deramper said the two contracts were awarded to these two companies, "although avacta was under consideration ". Well, deramper, show your sources regarding avacta being under consideration?
