AFC have sold a unit for £4m - excellent news. At each payment time ABB has the right to subscribe for AFC warrants to the same payment value at a sp of 58.5p - so AFC receive a further £4m and ABB cannot sell the shares for 6 months following the subscription.
Two things come to mind - 1 dilution, but not a lot and 2 As a LTH I expect the sp to move on up and should it reach 117p (not an unreasonable expectation) by 2023 ABB can sell the warrants (converted to shares) and recover their £8m. Surely a gimme for ABB. Hopefully AB has some serious sp enhancing news to come, this is no game changer IMO.

I am probably the biggest critic of AB on this board - I have just watch an hour long half year video update of Velocys (VLS).
They are doing for the Airline industry what AFC are doing on the ground. I hold shares (since 2019) not suggesting anyone invest, just watch the video.

Communication at its best, my understanding of their product/tech is vastly improved - bring it on.

BumbleB2 - For me these are the key points AB needs to deliver, they are share price enhancing events. The deliverables you mentioned in an earlier post were merely administrative events of little value to us shareholders - Going back to you feeling "misled" by a former CEO of PHE all shareholders here, whether LTH's or otherwise should feel "massively misled" should AB fail to deliver within the next 30 business days.

Only a small drop so far in the US 0.62% on a volume just shy of 600k the daily average over there is circa 150k so the interest is being maintained. After rising 100% in two days some profit taking was inevitable. I would expect some decent press coverage over the weekend, the story is only just beginning.

I’m not an expert, but the number of shares in issue is the same whether they are traded in the U.K. or US. Yesterday the volume in the US was over 2m shares against an average of about 100k. The offtake with Southwest will make the US market more aware of Velosys and that is significant. Also Biden is a big pusher of the aviation fuel market, can’t be a bad thing.

Great rise in the last 2 days, there will be day traders happy with 20/30% rises so there will be dips, especially at the end of the week. Expect there to be massive coverage of these 2 off take agreements at the end of COP26 and in the weekend press.

President Joe Biden’s administration is targeting one of the tougher sources of climate-warming greenhouse gases with a plan that calls for the U.S. aviation sector to reach net-zero emissions by 2050.

Aviation has been more challenging to decarbonize than automobiles, which can essentially run on batteries, but Biden’s 40-page plan released Tuesday calls for increasing production of sustainable airplane fuels and developing new aircraft technologies. It also urges increasing operational efficiencies to reduce the amount of fuel that is burned during flights.

Velocys (OTC Market - OXFCF) issued 2 massive RNS's yesterday and rose over 40% and up over 50% today. Based on the AFC half year report, similar could happen with AFC if it gets delivered/
