I could not justify supporting a further fund raise here. AFC need to deliver on their 2021 expectations and make some meaningful (share price enhancing) sales. The action with ABB for 2023 will not keep the wolf from the door. As a LTH, Haggis, I’m sure you will remember that a few years back the AFC auditors qualified the accounts on the “going concern concept” with the growing staff numbers and the ongoing premises costs the annual accounts are going to look great.

The electric vehicle firm announced it was recalling 356,309 vehicles because of potential rear-view camera issues affecting 2017-2020 Model 3 Teslas.
A further 119,009 Model S vehicles will also be recalled because of potential problems with the front trunk, or boot.

Yes - well lets see what the market cap is when it has no cash and the market value is £60m lower. The market cap increases when they issue more shares - and the cash balance also increases, and holders just get diluted. Without genuine commercial sales this is a dead duck - sadly.

A well known regular LTH poster told this board that MM's would not this drop below £500m market cap, not once but on numerous occasions.
Assuming it has not all been spent, if you strip out the cash this has a market cap of below £300m.
Our business savvy CEO has reported in the last few weeks that "2021 has been a transformational year for AFC"
ABB has seen (like many pi's) its £3m+ investment decline by circa 28% since the last fund raise, do they consider this "transformational"??
I wait for the next round of free "incentive options" to reward this "transformational performance" from AFC and our CEO.

Stock indices (USA, Germany, France and the UK) are all at or close to 52 week highs as are most commodities - your rebound comment is wrong - maybe you need to review your stock selection process.

Re-entry into the FTSE100 may well be on the cards early 2022 as the market cap is now above £4bn. That would be the catalyst for an ever improving share price and any positive dividend news could accelerate the process.

This will either be flying by May or a thing of the past, simple as.

Anglo American, in collaboration with several partners, is retrofitting a mining haul truck with hydrogen power technology.
A first of its kind, the monster mining vehicle is being piloted in Limpopo, South Africa, at the firm's Mogalakwena platinum mine.
Due to be launched in early 2022, the truck will be hybrid, with a hydrogen fuel cell providing roughly half of the power and a battery pack the other half
It only emits water vapour and the company says it has the potential to reduce on-site diesel emissions by up to 80%.
Anglo is developing the truck along with partners Engie, NPROXX, First Mode, Williams Advanced Engineering, Ballard, ABB, Nel and Plug Power.

I do not have any stats - any I may quote come from narrative provided by AFC - Sorry they don't meet your agenda. You are both a pair of over optimistic fools.
You have both been waiting (like me) years for this to come good, the difference is I have traded several times and could lose a little if it all goes pear shaped, can you both say the same - I think not judging by the daily ramping and posting of articles that have no direct impact on AFC - Maybe the Army/ Military can get AFC out of the trenches, I know I'd like to bury AB in a really deep one. What a silly comment, like you I have been involved with AFC for over 8 years, admittedly the sp is far better now than in previous times. The final calendar quarter was built up be AB to be full of price enhancing news, ie sales - that has not materialised nor has the end of year review which incidentally was issued 6 weeks earlier last year - worrying.

All we need now is for VLS to appear on a new year tip sheet, with potential and money in the bank it will fly. With business in the UK, USA and Japan the possibilities are vast, SAF is a hot topic.

I’ve seen many on these BB’s report their purchases being reported as sales - well my rounding buy at 6.88p is shown as a sale - so this does happen, rather odd.

Let the business begin, with 2 substantial offtake’s in place the future looks bright.
