Received £50m approach 20/12/21 and a further couple earlier and released info, LEAKED over weekend of 15/1/22. Surely a huge breach of the rules.

Well why don't they get on with it??? They must be getting close to needing more money to keep the lights on - they have been at this for nigh on 2 years and still no visible gold. GROC is over 30% down since the float, it"s all a bit of a disaster.

Could this be the straw that breaks the camels back - Whatever next, with no mention of any support for offshore oil when prices hit rock bottom. The guy at BP who said high gas and oil prices had a cash machine effect on BP needs shooting, almost as bad as the Ratners guy who said his company's product was crap all those years ago, we all know what happened to them.

Good find - and decent AFC comment, mentions both Ceres and ITM's partnerships but misses ABB with AFC.

Forget all the pizz, wind and waffle from Haggis - what he really means is it's all down to "supply and demand" simple economics. Until AFC put some sales on the board the price will just drift. The sectors for 2022 are banks and oil, maybe 2023 will be better for AFC.

Haggis - the £60m was at 30th April, we are 9 months down the line - and as you pointed out the headcount has increased dramatically, I hate to think what their gas/electricity bill is. - I think I have mentioned before ITM raised £250m when they had a cash balance of £114m. Please stop calling me a con man, nothing I have posted is untrue - it was a question not a statement - thank you.

My mate north of the border posted this late last night, he did not quantify the COST of this FACTUAL comment, the absence of any income results in my question.

Our CEO earns in excess of £300k pa and I assume the 100+ staff earn considerably more than the minimum wage - gone are the days of annual £4m total costs.

In the June 2021 half year report our CEO stated AFC expected multiple sales/contracts in the final half of the calendar year - FACT - but none materialised.

I strongly question the integrity of this development "arms length transaction" on the basis that ABB has a financial interest in AFC and has been incentivised with the 4m share warrants at 58.8p. The timeline is 2023, one would hope that by then the sp will be substantially higher. Rather strong evidence that ABB are calling the shots in the relationship and that at best AFC may break even on this work. Is that a commercial deal???
