The points you make sound quite logical - however the market tends to be proactive and looks to the future and at this time nobody seems to want to commit to the AFC product, hence the disappointing share price. Even AFC expected contracts/sales in 2021 and they did not materialise.

Unquestionably the USA is driving the tension around the Ukraine, they interfere all over the globe. They were responsible for the 2008 financial crisis - they wrongly accused Saddam Hussein over the weapons of mass destruction, and now this. Let's hope it comes to nothing.

The blame game is being really played out:
Is it the pandemic, is it the sector, is it party gate, is it the Russia/Ukraine situation, is it inflation or is it just simply the management of this company.
You choose - they say no news is good news -I believe that is Bonds motto.

God only knows what will happen to this sector on Monday Just look at US indices. The US is obsessed with the Russia/Ukraine issue. Rather reminiscent to "weapons of mass destruction" that never existed. Let's pray this does not develope further.

The drop today to circa 280p was unexpected. These briefly flirted with 300p and actually touched 305p very recently a years high. Your 265 - 270, looks optimistic at first glance, however the turmoil on US markets today over the Ukraine make anything possible. A significant buying opportunity may arise early Monday. The US seem obsessed over the Russia/Ukraine business, and when the US say jump the UK always seems to over react. The weekend press will almost certainly be all over the topic.

Terrific late rise today either they have found some gold or they have got permission to dewater or they need money.

Some very valid points raised there, this pandemic has disrupted all businesses for nigh on two years. It's been extremely frustrating and disruptive for us individuals and businesses more so. We need to remain patient with everything crossed for an acceptable outcome - as someone commented the other day the BOD need to remain realistic in their target price.

AB reported to shareholders (RNS) that the deal with ExtremeE was renewed on "commercial terms". One would assume that we can interpret this to include an element of profit for the company - if not then it is not commercial - common sense really.
However with this CEO that could well mean mates rates in Australian.

The panic from AFC holders is desperate and tangible.

Yes - he did report this to shareholders on 16th December 2021 - Perhaps he was the one dreaming.

Surely some share price enhancing news will drop before the full year results. Over 8 months have passed since AB delivered his overly bullish half year report. I note the fantastic news reported by CWR this morning, an enviable move on the Chinese market, whilst AFC continue to play games with ExE for peanuts.

Read it all now, looks no different to presentations of the past. The funny bit is their idea of adding like minded assets to provide further value. Two issues with this, firstly they do not have the funds and secondly in all the time I have been involved they have banged on about the unrealised value in their existing asset, especially Greenland. They are now in GROC and that has lost 40% of its value in a few months. Investors here will be lucky to get their investment back, it's a total gamble.

Debt over £5bn, its a long road back for these next divi a few years away. Supported by the German government it will get there. Patience needed, but good trading opportunities.
