As a shareholder, rather uneasily, and so should we all. Having suffered one disaster (SXX) I can see another coming. By doing the occasional trade my exposure is significantly less here, however, the continual bullishness of our CEO and his failure to achieve his expectation causes great concern. I never believed Numbers predictions from the 65p level, but it looks as if he was "spot on". Many have been patient believers for many years (me included) and deserve better.

Supposedly worth £4m to AFC with ABB having the right to subscribe for £4m of AFC shares at 59p - what a complete joke with the share price heading into the teens. With circa £48m in the bank complacency and total disregards to adding shareholder value by the BOD comes to mind.

As is generally pointed out the whole sector is dropping yet again. AFC has sunk from circa 80p to 22p over the last say 20 months and I note that ITM are now below 190p IMO they have a much better chance of recovering 60p in the next 6 months than AFC has. Just a thought:

So plenty in reserve for AB's bonus in yet another transformative year for AFC. You just couldn't make it up. The market is telling a different story. The teens and lower are on the horizon.

That sounds good, except, currently there is no production. Hopefully that will change soon otherwise the lights will be going out.

The outlook is looking better and I reiterate the re-introduction of a dividend (even small) is key to future sp rise.

The company should be embarrassed to include this statement in the new website - I have gone through the site in some detail. The company has no "sales experience" at senior level and the term "commercial" is clearly misunderstood.

Bondy123 - Thanks for your reply, we are all hoping for multiple sales without any further "tweaking" to the product and the difference in commercial terms between "partners" and "specialist" is confusing me. Perhaps (for me ) the penny will drop in the coming months. The half year update may give a clearer picture.

Important also that they are on 'commercial lease terms' - this also shows the lease companies the terms by which they can lease the same systems out to the market, and also, potentially, from supplying the fuel.

AFC are giving partners (say KIER ) the product on commercial terms to trial but if successful eventually KIER lease them from a specialist lease company on commercial terms - the specialist needs profit - so what do AFC get from the specialist. I'm assuming KIER would not pay a higher lease fee to the specialist that it paid to AFC - Does that all make sense??

His comments on this bb indicate he is considering throwing it into AFC.
If that's his idea of sound investment advice, he needs help - anyone who disagrees with him is labeled "a con man" he just falls into the "deluded man" category.

Watched the video, all sounds rather good, the problem is the market just does not believe hence the continuing fall in the share price. The half year report may be met with more enthusiasm, not long to wait.

Back in from today and a nice little rise to boot. So come on let's have a dividend and away we go.

Yes the half year report is due very shortly. Last year the sp rose 1.10p to close the day at 62p. The report contained numerous bullish points with the most significant being the EXPECTATION of numerous contracts/sales during the second half of the calendar year. None materialised and they closed 2021 at 49.30p. No significant contracts/sales have materialised (yet) in 2022. After a >11% rise today the sp closed at 24.50p over 60% down on a year ago. The CEO wrote in his annual review "2021 has been a transformational year for AFC". What a load of rubbish

Up 0.75% this week in the US and anticipated more rises in the coming months. CCL laden with debt (COVID impact) operating below full capacity, more funds soon to be needed - road to recovery rather long.

And a 50% rise needed to get to 40p - Investors have been led down the garden path with this one, only the CEO getting any financial reward. The option for ABB to subscribe a further £4m at circa 59p looks very unlikely and the 800p sp predicted by haggis looks an impossible pipe dream.
