Ok, a second creditor vote shouldn't be too difficult. With an amended/new SoA the creditors would vote the same, as there'd be more coming round for them, providing Team Amigo finds a way to realise this.
prolee, that vinson was 'quiet' has a reason and the reason is none of your business. How you manage to get the second 'were' correct, but not the first, is what you should try and figure out.
So this SoA failed, judge didn't accept it.
If Amigo is now working (as we hope) or another SoA or an amendment according to FCA's and Judge's wishes/suggestions, how would this be presented? Would this require another court date, which could be months away, or could this just be presented, judge looks it over, FCA looks it over, both give the green light and off we go? (I don't know the legal procedure in this, never been in such a situation - thank Goodness :-) )
If this would take another few months, what would that do to Amigo's financial situation? Can they sustain themselves for so long without being able to lend and only relying on what comes through payback now?
Judge and FCA mentioned that shareholders don't bleed enough. Many mentioned dilution of shares. What would this look like? (Never been in that situation either)
The fact that Evil Knievel has topped up, does install some positivity in me, but on the other hand... if he loses his investment, it probably won't have an impact on him. If we do and especially Vinson, that'll hurt badly, depending on how much we are or thinking of investing/re-investing.
Last but not least: Trolls... go off! :-) Suck your thumbs or the corner of your cuddle rag if that makes feel more secure and make sure you don't wet your beds every night ;-)
viking, it does look totally odd, doesn't it? Especially seeing the huge time gap between the last out of hours trade and then this little nipper.
Paulanthony, I've sold several times. Always taking off the cream and then buying back the same amount of shares I had sold when the price fell lower. That way I managed to get the money out that I had initially invested and profits. So I was pretty much on a free ride, but my average stood at 12.5, so I decided to sell in the morning, but didn't make a loss as such. I was still in blue.
I'm considering my option of buying back in, but obviously minus the profits, as they are now invested elsewhere in some really boring shares. Then again... any share is boring compared to Amigo :-)
Just out of interest, does this deal here have any meaning? Very small amount and the time looks strange:
25-May-21 17:10:18 8.32 1 Unknown* 8.505 8.98 0.08 O
HH, I've sold, but I'm not a critic. See what happens tomorrow. Thinking of going back in. My average would be much lower to start off with. Also, I've already made profit throughout the last months, so I wouldn't effectively lose any of that in Amigo. They're elsewhere invested and doing pretty well. Boring to watch, but doing well.
.. but :-) ... at least the sky didn't fall on our heads. I'm sure this will still have movement in both directions and with some news that contain something positive, this could still work. What hacks me off most is the timing of it all. Call me impatient... but after such a long time it's like being kicked in the teeth when it goes back to square one.
I always answer this question with: "Would you like the polite or the honest answer? :-) "
lloydyboy, Bybrook are no longer on the list of the major shares holders. I noticed that yesterday and viking checked other lists and they're not on them, either.
viking, I didn't see them on the list when I looked yesterday, either. Has this Evil Knieval said anything? He projected to triple his investment by end of June, or not?
What is it you want them to make public? Give away a possible Plan B? No strategist would do that. All they COULD say is that they are working on a Plan B, but I feel then the SP would shoot up again and the FCA has all the more reason to lash out against the shareholders.
I've sold out today, because I worked out that top-ups wouldn't make sense due to my average of 12.5p, a profit would be a long way away. Now weighing up if I should go in again with a much average aka a fresh start, blank canvas. The big guns were all still in, last time I checked today, but I couldn't see the name Bybrook on the list I looked at.
Still a little shocked. Didn't expect this verdict at all. Calls for a few ducktails, later.
Well, Cj.. that now all depends :-) but I've never been religious anyway, so I can't tell. Right, I'm off to soak up some some fresh sea air. See you much later or tomorrow :-)
I'm now going for bijou strollette on the beach :-) Have a nice evening and tomorrow another great day that will move Amigo closer to infinity and beyond.
For, dear Camelteers and leftist trolls ;-) that should also be in your interest, for the future redresses are in percentages of profit ;-)
69 is the yin yan :-) if you move the two number close together ;)
Tinsel.. 42 is the answer to all questions ;-) Hitchhiker's Guide through the Galaxy ;) .. it's actually a bit like owning Amigo shares ;-)
But.. IK.. ;-) when I did my uni-exam in English and wouldn't have been to explain or known the difference between 'a couple' and 'a few' ;-) I would have failed on epic proportions :-)
Clintek, I know :-) , I know :-) but what would this world be without a couple of fund... errrr.. a 'little bit' of fun :-)
And... Clintek.. You, Cjmarrit and me knowing that a couple is two, but we are three is seriously complicating the situation lol :-)
Oh my goodnes, Clintek :-) the couple could've been ISA's interpretion? Oh no ...
IIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAA????? DID THE JUDGE SAY "A COUPLE" OR "A FEW" DAYS??? :-) THIS IS IMPORTANT, SO DO LET US KNOW, THANKS :-)
