I have voted yes. If the resolutions are passed the co has a good runway of funds with more likely on execrcise of warrants. This removes immediate uncertainty with enough time for the NHS to deliver sales and FDA progress which should see share price recovery. The current share price provides an opportunity to add shares and share in that price recovery. There is no other alternative that is on the table - only wishful thinking that DN will make some offer that will not also result in PI's being wiped out. If it is a No vote then GDR immedaitely goes back to having a big question mark over whether it will survive 2025.

As I have stated before, I am not happy with the Bod's handling of the funding situation but I do not think voting No now is the best time to vent that frustration.

Gloria - supporting Mr Nugent to do what? No statement has been issued as to his intent or plans so what is there to support exactly?

FB - that was then and this is now . Believe me I do not think our current BoD have acted wisely at all and have allowed themselves to be backed into a corner resulting in this destruction of value for existing sharesholders. Whether deliberately or through stupidity and overoptimism on NHS timesacles I do not know ( I think Roger has a view on that you can subscribe to or not!)

But so far only stop gap cash has been raised. If the current additional raise does not go ahead, my question remains about how GDR raise the cash needed to avoid admin or being taken over at a knock down price by someone else cutting out existing shareholders. I doubt a retail only offer can be done to raise the same amount in the time required.

What do investors think will happen in terms of cash needed by the company to keep trading if the resolutions are not passed and the additional shares cannot be issued ?

To be clear the 75% of votes needed to pass a spec res is of the votes cast not of shares issued so , in theory, a spec res can be blocked by a siginficant shareholder even if they hold far less than that if a larger number of shareholders do not bother to vote. Similarly their support can enure a spec res passes.

Roger in an earlier post you stated

Exactly how would supporting a low offer be good for PIs?

You need the funds in the account at the time you place the order. Not sure why anyone would think your broker would accept an order on any other basis.

Some posters seem to be confusing a share's nominal value with a share issue price.

A company must issue shares at or above the nominal value but it can issue at any price above that. If the reorganisation goes ahead then nominal value is .00015. The amount of a share issue price above nominal value is share premium.

In theory therefore GDR could issue 1 share for £1m - NV is still 0.00015 so the share premium would be £1m less 0.00015

I suspect the BoD already have a good handle on whether they have enough votes for Monday
