I did sell but that was cancelled albeit sometime later so I think that must mean an MM took them but now does not have them because they don't exist. Small amount so no big deal to them but could have been a problem if widescale.

For those that had their RB shares credited to their broker account early this am did anyone execute a sale of them?

I imagine following the posts has good comedic value at the lack of knowledge displayed by many about company law, voting percentages, raising capital and running a business.

My broker account has now been updated and the RB shares cancelled.

EC - which poster has posted the result of the vote? All posters have said is that they have their retail book shares.

Read the RNS - says 16th is date of admission to trading not date of issue

@ roger - botbot is only advising what is on his broker account. The retail book shares show as purchased today. I think you owe Botbot an apology.

DN only seems to suggest a rights issue as an alternative funding - I hope he and the BoD are in discussion so he can understand why that was not offered instead of the placing. With luck what we end up with is DN with a seat on the BoD combined with a yes vote and that both "sides" can start to work together, with the funding in place.

As a start look at how many votes were cast at the most recent AGM and how many DN holds.

I have no idea what DN's true intensions are but he's a businessman and successful ones can spot opportunities. If he has eyes on the company this "no" voting potentially is playing into his hands beautifully. His attitude to fellow shareholders may well be decent but when it comes down to it he owes fellow PI's nothing .

Personally, I'd like Bod & DN to talk and I am sure they will if the votes do not look to be stacking up in the Bod's favour.

We will all find out soon enough

Bighammer - go back to DN's earlier statement. He states clearly that funding of the co is up to the Board to sort and it is not up to him to provide funding.

Personally I would be wary of relying on any BB poster answering what you ask without speaking to them offline and knowing who they are, what their own background is and what experience they have to be in a position to make such a judgment. No offence to Amers.

It is up to each broker when they set the deadline for you to vote - nothing to do with the BoD

The only official deadline is per the circular which has set a deadline of 48 hours before the meeting for prxy votes to be received - all perfectly correct.

Amers - we will be funded if the vote is yes.

We might be funded ( but no one can yet say exactly how ) if the vote goes no.

This morning Roger posted " whilst there is no clear alternative for funding right at this point in time ..." so he knows that is the factual postion and Amers only posts that he " believes" DN will sort out the funding without existing PI's losing out. DN has said funding is up to the company to sort out and it is not for him to fund the co. The retail book was not so overssubscribed that it shows existing PIs would be able to provide the funding needed.

Try to separate the emotional response to the level of dilution from the cold hard facts of where the company is today financially. Businesses fail because thay run out of money even if they have great products. The only guaranteed source of funding available today is from the placing which requires a yes vote.

Has that been considered?

Over 5% can force the Board to propose the resolution to appoint you as director at an egm. Nothing to do with having to buy your seat on the Bod though they might ask you to fund posting out the circular

Can you clarify whay you mean by "shares already given to those likey to vote yes" I agree the allocation is done but none of those shares will be issued pre 15th and are conditional.

Are you sure you have been allocated half of the amount you applied for?
