The brokers take the amount and then will credit you back if you do not get the full amount you asked for. 11am tomorrow is the deadline for payment to be made and 9th is when the results of the open offer will be published

That's a shame SM81 . I think you had to give it as two amounts. It was a different process for different brokers which doesn't help! I know it's too late now but always worth calling the broker if you are not sure - they are helpful.

11954589 was GE plc 180419 to 210824 so there would be an audit for a co with that name in 2022. That GE plc became Georgina Production following the RTO. It is not owned by AH/MW but is 100% owned by GEX (08377465) ref page 43 of the GEX accounts & last confirmation statement.

FYI Sole director companies have one director not two .

res 7 ( I do not think the FD has done his job on behalf of all stakeholders and also allowed matters to get to the 0.2p scenario)

but I am mulling it over.

Even the choice of AGM date seems intended to try and minimise the numbers that will be able to attend.

Firstly - thanks to David for his support for the company and its shareholders.

I wonder whether the next fundraise may be a rights issue rather than a placing. I know Bods often say they opt for placings because it is cheaper than a Rights Issue, and GDR's Bod said that thye believed that there was not enough support within the shareholder base to raise the funds needed. That comment was, if I remember correctly, predicated upon response to the Retail Offer but that ignored that the Retail offer was only accessible to a portion of shareholders - I could not access vai all platforms I use and I think DN indicated it cut him out.

If the Bod are now aware that the existing shareholder base is up for a rights ( or at least enough that the balance can be underwritten) then it would be good to know that option is fully explored so that the existing PI's at least have an opportunity to be part of the fundraise.

Clearly says "as planned" not "on hold until the other sites are drilled"

Some indication of timeline would be useful - not least for the issue of the prospectus.

It seems to me CTP are exchanging 75% of their interest in the 3 sites for 25% in Hussar/Winter.
