Lots of scare mongering going on at the moment across most message boards normally means it's a good time to buy. Let's be real here, half of AIM companies in this situation would have already issued about 2 billion shares so the fact that they are where they are with less than 200 million shares in issue and the backing of Riverfort with a potential company maker in the pipeline for free carry is a rare thing.

Sell now and the minute that drill contract news arrives you'll regret not buying more and ignoring all the noise.

You want to look at a company that rinses shareholders go look at companies like GEO that have constantly diluted and have have 6 billion shares in issue, a licence they can't JV on but still have similar mcap to GEX.

I see it as keeping their options open if needed, not they need to raise at 1p

They have the Riverfort loan facility to use when needed, and they need to make the change incase Riverfort convert the debt to shares (and the sp is below 5p) but it won't be if they have a successful drill.

I think this is more of a process to getting the loan facility and covering all scenarios but maybe I'm wrong, but thats how I see it.

Why raise money cheaply and dilute when you already have a loan facility in place to see them through and drill finance already in place.

It's just another box ticked in my opinion incase it's needed but hopefully the drill is successful and the sp should be much higher. It wouldn't make sense to anyone involved in this to do a cheap raise before utilising the loan facility and completing the drill that's being paid for.

Once deals completes, valuation will take care of itself, future potential is massive, easily £50m mcap, Islamic digital banking will warrant that alone once up and running, let alone healthcare synergy, super apps merger, all this for a measly £10m, nothing priced in for future growth at present, market will wake up at some point, rather be in now with limited downside
