Such an acquisition is clearly possible once CAR-T / CDX and most of all CBR start to prove themselves. But at that point, why would Vlad / we want to sell the Microsoft of Pharma? Or wouldn't Hemo have a choice?

And still quite hard to believe the notification from the FDA was delivered on the Tuesday itself before the RNS at 7am and not in fact on the Monday or even Friday if the Monday was indeed a public holiday in America.

Just to clarify - didn't mean the weekend kills the positivity, just that the 2 days pacing about is tough on the old heart :)

Only for my own education, have been reading the He1 board a fair bit during past 7/8 days. Literally over a thousand posts a day, vast majority just ramping/deramping trader rubbish. Thank goodness if that happens here after the approval - will it? - I already know who to keep listening to.

Very much appreciate HH that you and others can be bothered to share your knowledge and experience in such clear and informative posts. Heard a lot about 10p+ parties but really do hope one will happen in Hemo's case: many of you deserve the thanks (and rounds:) of many others.

Poster on another board this morning also eagerly awaiting an RNS, suggesting it would give UK traders an unfair advantage to have a 7am RNS when the US is still asleep. Anything in this idea?

Can an intraday RNS come at any time?

One last thought tonight though. I remember reading on the board a while back about interest (and possible testing/collaboration?) with American military and I think more recently a suggestion that this might still be relevant. Another possible / imminent RNS being held up until the clinical hold approval perhaps.

So the RNS of FDA submission of the one outstanding issue was 7am on Tuesday the 16th but I believe someone (Haywain perhaps) has clarified that the FDA's 30 days starts from when they informed the applicant not the applicant's RNS. So was this before 7am on the 16th (maximum 10 working days left) or the 15th (max 9 days) or the Friday before in which case only a maximum of 7 days?

(Or going off the 23 days the FDA took to respond last time to the whole submission, that's 5 or 4 or 2... ) Or sooner of course :)

Do agree BA, but going by today's intermittent progress, think the RNS would have to come on Monday/Tuesday next week for the sp to build up to around 5p before the approval. Worth the wait though.
