6p hasn't gone at all - I'm getting a buy quote for 5.9 and a sell quote for 5.7.

Over 11m volume now today: we've surpassed yesterday with a whole afternoon of FOMO fun to go now.

Volume 10m, so not quite surpassing yesterday by 11am, but will be by lunchtime. Then a whole afternoon of Friday FOMO to come! Wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend ...

Real spread is roughly 5.45 to sell, 5.69 to buy. Someone is spamming the bid around 5.1 again to make it look like it's dropping, which is progress from yesterday when it was 4.7.

I mean, if we're not at an "inflection point" right now, then it's hard to see what would be one!

I'm not 100% convinced that past action is necessarily a guide to future action when potentially transformational news is, as you say, right around the corner. The very first line on Lanstead's website says: "Lanstead is an institutional equity investor focussed on providing supportive, long term capital that rewards growth. We invest to make a difference and look for likely inflection points where the balance of risks suggests further share price appreciation". I can see why they would always sell into any rise at an earlier stage in the development cycle, but is that necessarily the case when the company could have licensing agreements -- or even a takeover approach -- from a US major in the near future?

I take the point about effective dilution from the warrants, but (i) there's no guarantee they will sell them all immediately if they anticipate continued price rises and (ii) it's quite conceivable that there will be a countervailing positive effect on the SP from the knowledge that the company is fully funded and won't be raising any time soon, if ever.

Feel for the weak hands who got stopped out in the 4s yesterday. The trend here is only one way.

Isn't the 5th day today? I'm thinking warrants RNS tomorrow.

Why would you need a placing if warrants are about to be exercised?

5p looking like a pretty solid base for the next move upwards into a new range IMO.

Who knows? It's possible, as the increased share capital will be dilutory, but the value of that dilution will be cash on the balance sheet, so should even out. Much depends on whether they sell them, how soon and at what price.

One question I've been wondering is whether they've already been forward sold, hence they're in the market and someone is holding them somewhere ...

The 5.26 was on Google, but since Google only ever shows the most recent trade, you can discount it. It will just be one of those small trades that goes through at the top of the ask (or bottom of bid). As Brondby says, the real spread is quite tight: now 5p to sell, a little higher to buy. Seems we are indeed slowly ticking up.

Volume still only 6m so far today. Reckon we need more pressure for a move in either direction, Still, augurs well for a 4p+ finish IMO.

@Travis - strictly speaking, they said no FURTHER reason for the rise: ie the rising share price is fully justified by existing released information.

I still feel that something is happening somewhere. Maybe it’s US investors who have seen the presentations positioning themselves as they have a good idea of what is coming.
