Bushytailed and his “Minime” Bittermilk can spend all their time here discrediting every RNS JLP issues and attacking those who see a bright future for JLP.Bushytailed beloved HUM has also seen it’s shareprice fall but he will not have a word set against him

He keeps rabbiting on about what a genius he is for predicting the shareprice fall -this was solely down to luck-the unforseen power and water problems in Zambia,the fall in PGM prices and the current economic situation .

There is genuine believe here that JLP has turned a corner and people such as me who are in well below 4p have not done too badly over the last few years with a bit of trading on the side.

A company has to prepare statutory accounts in accordance in accounting standards and statutory disclosure requirements -these are then audited and filed within a certain period after the year end -as far as I am aware JLP have always met and complied with these requirements

By the way how can you get an “Instant Expert”

You become am expert through a combination of training and experience over many years -so the whole concept of an “Instant Expert” is not logical

If you actually bothered to read the RNS and listen to recent interviews the expansion is at present being financed out of current earnings and balance sheet leverage.If you actually bothered to look at the balance sheet you would actually see there is very little debt compared to total assets .

By the way I agree with you in respect of BMN -loss making and highlevel of debt relating to Orion.-totally different to JLP

By the way rights issues can be positive if they enhance earnings and are not to keep the lights on

100% agree Beardozer -why anyone invested here would not be concerned about the performance of the shareprice lately is beyond me.

My main question is why Glencore/Elphick are happy to see their shareholdings diluted at such a low price to raise a small amount of money .?What is behind this -Is some sort of middle eastern deal maker being given access to cheap shares? What is China involvement and are Glencore’s middle eastern shareholders pulling some levers? Surely Glencore’s shareholders won’t be happy if the asset is just sat on for the next x years?

Why have there been no twitter announcements and why are the management not doing any interviews to promote the resource bearing in mind what is happening in the region and the Middle Eastern countries have money to burn/invest?

A company should act in the best interest of shareholder

Whether to go into copper production or not now should be decided by reference to the cost of production not the market price of copper.If it is clearly profitable at current /possibly lower copper prices go for it.Already in production when the price of copper recovers will also put the company in a much better position.Also may be cheaper to start copper now because as copper demand increases the demand and prices for the necessary resources to start production will increase.An copper producing asset could well be more attractive to a potential bidder than just a resource lying in the ground.

Really hope ZIOC gets its act together -unfortunately the shareprice downward trend continues which indicates to me that nothing is happening .Surely if ZIOC had been involved in any martial way at present there would have been some sort of hint/leak.Not even any tweets from the company about what is going on in Congo..Surely the first objective of any company should be to act in the ‘best interest of shareholders”

The only small crumb of comfort is that Shard is limited to the amount of shares it can giveaway at “bargain basement prices”

4Kandles -unfortunately small shareholders are being treated with total contempt here and are always the last to know what is really going on.

Longterm shareholders appear to have to penalized to line the pockets of the likes of Shard and their mates .

A simple “one off” placing a few weeks ago would have gone a long way to avoid this “daylight robbery” of long term loyal shareholders.

The current problem appears to be Glencore/Elphick are perfectly happy to let the shareprice be destroyed in order to raise an amount that Glencore could finance out of petty cash.

Longterm shareholders just want to know what’s going on and why the trashing of the shareprice is allowed to continue to raise such a small amount

Why are Elphick/ Glencore apparently tweedling their thumbs and are not actually promoting the size and quality of the resource to attract potential investors/ take over interest

Jiving-I still don’t understand why Glencore and Elphick agreed to the open ended method of raising finance which was guaranteed to crash the shareprice and dilute their shareholdings much more than necessary .Why not just do a placing at 20% below the market price when the share was in the teens.Total incompetence and two fingers to long term shareholders

The management and Glencore seem to be asleep at the wheel-come on let’s have some shareholder communication.

Can’t believe Glencore will just sit on their investment as other deals are made-Glencore at least owe it to their shareholders to realise some value out of their ZIOC shareholding.

The legacy of (Mis) Fortune mismanagement will be an anchor on the company’s shareprice for sometime yet.Hope there are no more large skeletons in the cupboard and Craig can steady the listing ship

Agree Jiving -the short sighted method of fundraising means the shareprice can only go one way unfortunately -don’t understand why Glencore and Elphick sanctioned this especially when the amount that will be raised could be funded at of Glencore’s petty cash.

I know Pdub censored me for pointing out I did not agree with congratulating Fortune (based on the company’s performance that is reflected in the shareprice ) but I sincerely hope he is ok
