Yes -a Jubilee type deal seems to be the way forward-circa a third of the profits with the JV partner providing all the capital

According to a poster on the other board some clown at an outfit called Broadridge Financial Solutions managed to print the wrong company name (Jubilees) on a general meeting notice.

Perhaps compensation should be due for the negative effect on investor confidence here today

Some people will do anything to try to stop this shareprice rising-misquoting production figures and costs,making up stories and now even trying to falsify the calling of a general meting in relation to a non existent placing.The last is fraudulent and should be investigated

So no resolution to authorise issuing of more shares -this could only happen if resolution passed at General meeting -no notice of general meeting had been called so what was source ?
