Agree -this can not be financed piecemeal -it has to be all or nothing.

Either complete sale or sale of 50%. interest in the project for $1 billion plus with balance of loans to take company to production

Otherwise the resource will end up being sold for virtually nothing

Hopefully all these discussions will trigger a bid for the company otherwise current small shareholders will be diluted to death to finance project-shares never appear to be issued to reflect the value of a project just based on the current market price..

The attitude by Glencore is strange -they would make billions if they financed the project themselves -thought that was the purpose of a company-to make returns for their shareholders-buying the balance of the project for £2 a share would be a bargain

Glencore had an offtake agreement and Horizonte’s mine build cost went way over budget and the company is now in liquidation -hence Glencore will get nothing

The offtake agreement in relation to Horizonte minerals did not work too well for Glencore

The B of D have been messing around here for years and have achieved nothing,

They have once again misled the shareholders stating the strategic partner would be announced in the first quarter of this year.

What is going on -we need some straight answers -my guess is that a combination of Glencore’s offtake agreement and Elphick demanding an unrealistic high price has scuppered any deal

Here is a novel idea Mr Bird -how about doing some proper work to deliver some tangible returns to shareholders instead of blowing your own trumpet on how you forecasted future copper deficits—totally meaningless until you actually deliver tangible returns to shareholders

As anyone tried telephoning Jubilee either in London or SA and ask the simple question.

“Have the outstanding electrical components been delivered to Roan,have they been fitted and is copper production being ramped up to name plate”?
