No wonder the RNS was rushed out last week to put the brakes on any shareprice rise -anything to stop Elphick and Glencore paying a slightly higher price for shares-Marty definitely on naughty step

Glencore are the biggest investor and supposed to be one of the World’s biggest commodity companies yet they seem to be happy to see their investment diluted for peanuts.

If I was a Glencore shareholder I would be asking why is a project with a NPV into the billions being totally mismanaged?

What are these clowns upto?

What is the CEO being paid for if he is not currently involved in active discussions with potential investors?

Why buy half the company when you can buy the whole company from the liquidator for a fraction of the cost by not honoring your agreement to buy half the company.

All well and good but the company needs to start generating income -no point of the Luansobe licence if you don’t use it or sell it

Yes I have-I sent them a very respectful e-mail a few weeks ago and I did not receive the courtesy of a reply -illustrates my point that Mr Bird appears to be more interested in spouting hot air than actually delivering returns to shareholders

There is certainly no evidence of the licence being monetized hence the pathetic shareprice.

Hopefully if chrome prices hold together with a combination of slightly higher Pgm prices,the share buy back program with a more favorable political situation in SA we might see a shareprice of £1 if production targets are meet

See your point Shaun -agree this can’t go ahead unless there is a strategic partner.

It is highly unlikely that Glencore and Elphick will want to be materially diluted-a drip feed share issue is a non starter to raise circa $22 million because this finance rise would be then materially diluted to finance the build.

The strategic partner will have to be all in-$1 billion for half share in project?

Any suggestions on how much a low ball offer would be to “take out” Pi’s ?

Who wouldn’t take 50p a share to be rid of this circus?
