Good results -some sort of special dividend would be good

Hope the strategic partner buys a % of the project all in one or a complete sale with possible share of future earnings for ZIOC and not some sort of a drip feed arrangement which gives the opportunity to manipulate the shareprice downwards for the next few years

Happy New Year -this shareprice will only move this year if Bird actually delivers some sort of deal or actually gets Luansobe into production.The majority are no doubt tired of all the Birdman’s hot air with no tangible returns

PS -in many cases were an initial offer is rejected at a shareholder vote a higher offer is forthcomming

If $40 million was offered it should at least have been put to a shareholder vote-even if it was rejected it would demonstrate to shareholders the board were actually doing something in the shareholders interest .Perhaps it should of had an uplift clause re further resource upgrade

Personally I think it should have been accepted as it gives the company funds to monetize other assets and provide a dividend to shareholders

Not good -Pgm prices in a rut and chrome still falling despite been told in the post result conference that chrome demand was healthy .

Has the company got any comment on the recent crash in the chrome price and does the company expect this to reverse soon?

All these investments on GLR doorstep can be seen as a two edged sword -why is the investment not in the ready to go Luansobe open pit -while nothing happens all the private power resources will be secured for projects actually moving forward which will make GLR assets less attractive -hence the falling shareprice -its time for Mr Bird to deliver or hand over to someone who can

Analytical -thank you for your continued posting and positive outlook -yet despite a year of progress the shareprice is at a year low -have you any thoughts on this and why despite all his talking Bird never seems to get a deal over the line-perhaps that’s why people posting here don’t see things here as positive

Maybe down to power problems in Zambia hindering Luansobe progress or another year of hot air from Bird generating nothing tangible for shareholders

Yes -it was a great shame that Karo was committed to using an unrealistically high PGM basket price on the back of the PGM price bubble.

Think where the company would be if it had committed $300 million plus to a copper project instead

The Karo project has cost shareholders dear and unless PGM prices recover significantly it will be an anchor around the company and especially the shareprice for years to come .

Even if PGM prices recover there is no guarantee the higher prices will hold

Good set of results but despite all the investment and cash flow generated the shareprice is still less than 50% of what it was a few years ago and the level of dividend payout is very low compared to most companies (barely above the minimum committed too)

Question -when are longterm shareholders actually see some capital appreciation in the shareprice and a fairer share of the profits generated
