Agree-GLR need a full time CEO to concentrate on getting the most out of its assets -not a part time Octogenarian who spreads his time between a whole suite of companies.

If there was something of a large deal was in the air I doubt Bird would be keeping quiet -he would have been in full “motor mouth” mode talking up GLRs assets.

My big fear is companies will look elsewhere if Bird messes potential purchasers around too much

No doubt the strategic investor will have to invest by some sort of reference to the NPV and not the current shareprice-Glencore and Elphick will not accepted being diluted to minimal interests

Great shame that the company considers it necessary to further dilute just to obtain a small amount of additional higher grade materials -200.000 tons at 1.6% only gives 3200 tons of copper-3 months Roan production at full capacity -hardly game changing unless I have missed or misread something

Agree BSmonitor-the continuous vague fluff from the CEO is destroying any investor confidence here-what has happened to the Luansobe open pit which received it’s licence long ago and various drill samples that went to the Lab.

All Birds companies despite their prospects are valued very low by the market which must say something about the level of confidence in Bird ability to deliver.

I agree with you analytical about the asset and deal potential but I still feel the shareprice has been hampered over the last year by a CEO who has done a lot of talking but needs to spend more time actually finalizing deals and getting assets such as Luansobe into production-this is where a full time CEO would be good

No solid news for months -not good enough-perhaps the CEO has hibernated

Other companies announcing progress and starting to generate income from their copper assets.

Look for example at Marula Mining -up 25% today on copper grade/production announcements today.

Not a sound from our CEO for on any of our projects since October -some one wake him up!

All these great assets yet no faith in the CEO to actually deliver on them -hence Groundhog Day for the shareprice yet again

I think once again long term shareholders here face disappointment and the “Strategic Partner Process” has hit a problem.

The management must have reserved/booked a venue for the 11th and one has to ask why the venue has yet to be announced -Why ?

Alternatively why announce a meeting if you yet to finalize the “Strategic Partner Process”?
