It is only right and proper, not to mention wholly understandable for the banks to be seriously looking into, understanding and embracing IM. After all, they do not want to see their business clients particularly SMEs going out of business when whatever further they , themselves are are able to offer in terms of traditional financing both affects the company balance sheet as well as their own!
Let us hope to God this is correct. This has proved to be such an abysmal share and I am so far down, I am pretty much out of sight! However, at last with the help of Laiker, just maybe they are trying to do something about it. Not before time!
one "swallow............."
Thank you JT. - Accurate, and extremely well explained. I simply do not see the point in these people attempting to encourage failure and negativity in something that , if it works, which at this juncture seems more than likely, we should all be praying for including them, will not only be positive for those of us invested but also for those that are suffering with this terrible disease. Why can they not just go away and attempt to do something more constructive ?
....and mine Pdub. Pray you are keeping well. I think your journey here is also long. I have been in this since 03/2017.- 3p to 48p and back, but beginning to feel a bit more confident ! Good Luck!
Does not Avacta also have a very successful animal health division ? Animal welfare is becoming of more and more scientific significance as the number of domestic pets grows following the pandemic. Surely, extra fuel for the fire for this excellent company.
Scientifically, top notch! Definitely stick with it.
Very good point gh, but got to have enough cash to do it and to be fair have other stocks that are doing OK . eg. SNG and SCE have done me well!
London - So true. Still better than it was, I suppose. Only £777 down today . Happy New Year to you!
I bought 69807 shares for £1000 on 08/07/2014 so with consolidation still got a very long way to go!!
Thank you very much. - Sounds all good then, so onward and upward for SYME.
Current situation simply a minor hiccough!
Surely if IM cannot be treated as a true sale for accounting purposes, then in accounting terms it will be treated as a "liability"on the balance sheet thereby denying its purpose?
Thank you, although 1+1= 2 seems a pretty educated response to me!!
I do apologise, but where and how?
The future success of SYME hinges on many factors that are more or less the same as in any business in its infancy, but probably particularly so with regard to something quite as unique and even revolutionary. However, in my mind, fundamentally what matters here is whether IM can be absolutely categorised as meeting the accounting standards as set out in IFRS15, in that, is IM a 'legal true sale transaction' or not ? If it is then SYME is home and dry, and it is only a matter of a little more time! If it is NOT and cannot be deemed so then quite simply, we are probably screwed! This question has to be answered and soon!
Be aware. Buys are showing as sells, at least mine is!
The SYME crew are often their own worst enemies. For example , why say that they are working all bank holiday w/e on a 'barn storming' RNS when , in reality it is simply an update, nothing special, as everyone hoped, but nevertheless not by any means a disaster! The problem we have and I have been in this since it was at a1/10th of a penny, is simply that expectations are far too high for a company in its infancy. This is not helped by people on this board on both sides, who like the sound of their own voice and indeed by AZ himself who can often be his own worst enemy! I live in Italy so I know only too well how many Italians operate and think and sometimes it is not our way, but rest assured the majority are well intentioned folk. However, do not be disheartened and believe in what has been achieved thus far, and not necessarily what is written on here. Just think of it as the Beano or the Dandy, just for entertainment only. Remain calm!!
Perhaps he is working from home like everyone else!!!
What a load of tosh! What do you think bank loans do, but encourage people to get in to debt? Find something productive to do with your time - Lego is good!
If you are trading using Jarvis X-O as your on line trading account, just to be safe you should always hold enough funds to cover your trade and the £5.00 fee etc, shown as your "trading limit" in the top right hand corner of your portfolio valuation page, that way you are always safe, otherwise it can get messy!
