Anyone read and understand the AGM notice special business section?
The AGM is earlier than previous years and it’s the first time special business is on the agenda. Allowing up to £2.2mil worth of shares to be allocated/ subscribed /converted to.
Don’t fully understand it but are they not looking to get more shares here ready for an offer?? I could be miles off the mark.
Canaccord at 8p and finnCapp at 12p. Canaccord's note is more detailed than finnCapp. The notes shows an EBITDA positive position of 0.7m to YE25.
The funding was great but they then pushed the positive EBITDA position back a year because of it. My thoughts are this is what will have stunted the share price growth. IMO the short term delay in growth in share price will be rewarded with long term growth.
The presentations all describe growth stages in the products (Take off stage for example) and its interesting to note in the brokers note, the breakdown in turnover growth is 80% all down to cleaning still, cleaning doing 11.3 of the 13.5 mil for FY25. As soon as different products get to that level it will be an impressive business and valued a lot higher than now.
Honored to be named "Top 50 Hottest Companies in the Bioeconomy" at the 2023 Advanced Bioeconomy Leadership Conference. ITX secured nr 43. More press coverage.
Sure someone will be able to do the link to it…. Thanks in advance!
Hi all,
Does any have an email address for investor relations? Can’t seem to locate one. The website has those enquiry forms only, which are normally always poor. I filled one in asking the question for the address and no one has come back to me.
Just trying to avoid the phone call across the pond.
Thanks!
So many questions left!
If capital expenditure is not heavily due until 2024 then why raise so much now? Do half now and half at the end of the year when the share price is likely to be higher with the growth in sales.
The only answer I can think of is they need the funds in the bank to be able to commit to a build. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense doing such a large raise. Any other thoughts?
I look forward to new announcements over the next few months!
Hopefully there will be an investor meet presentation soon to provide some meat on the bones of the capital expenditure, what is this actually going towards? In the brokers note cash drops from 8.5m to 4m with a 3.6m capital expend.
Still need to see positive cash generation to release risk. The 0.6m finishing position this year is very positive.
Looks like the build up is starting again. Let’s hope it sticks this time.
MM’s want the shares, can sell over 400k as a dummy.
Or they don’t want the share price to fly until it is within the 30days of the actual accounts for bonus shares… optimistic approach IMO
Dd77, 100% agree with this in the past year. There has been a rise before news and then a tail off. I think it’s the analyst meeting that makes the majority now feel this time is different.
Something happening in the background. I put a dummy sale on of 275,000 shares and the MM’s willing to take it. Big buy coming through soon I think. First time in a while they happy to take something of this size.
I think there is a few more shares floating than people think or another sell going through, as that 124k shares is a further buy for me.
It could show that the half’s vary differently as previous years and that customer order patterns aren’t fully known yet. Eg. One major customer could have ordered a large amount in H1 which lasts until the end of the year and the next order from them will be H1 23.
I think John said in one of the latest presentations that they have a good 6 months foresight of orders so it might be a lower second half.
Hopefully I am wrong and a strong trading statement of some sort in October says they will exceed expectations. At that point we are over 10p.
The main thing is they are stilling increasing the yearly turnover which shows the stickyness of the turnover. It’s an continuous growing machine.
Agree it’s what they have done before but in these markets I personally think it would be better to provide ultimate clarity rather than leave open to interpretation. Gets rid of any nasty surprises then, or maybe even positive. Then I’m turn should keep a steady growth share price instead of a rollercoaster.
Don’t get me wrong it’s positive, so should see a raise today.
Hi AJP,
They sure will. To state the GP lower means they know the % so why not say it?
Would have liked them to have confirmed actual GP as well. Statement leaves ambiguity which markets don’t like.
An updated brokers note increasing target would be ideal as well!
Very positive.
Main thing is cash burn to me:
2021 - 683k
Raised - 300k
H1 22 - 900k
Only £83k of cash burn which shows the company has massively turned a corner and is likely not to need a raise apart any large from asset growth and expansion.
I’ve topped up again this morning with the 111k.
I am more looking at the post period facts at the presentation/results, last year we got a 5 month trading outlook RNS in June. I think they will merge this into the results this time.
Hopefully there will be a positive statement on the current trading levels to boost the SP further.
12p broker target by the end of the year is looking achievable with a good few months ahead.
It’s a great update. Market expectation from the FinnCap brokers note for FY22 is $4.7m. It appears ITX is on for that turnover for this year.
Cracking research as per normal Thordon.
It’s just a shame that ITX don’t/cannot disclose order values or projections. I think the price would be a lot further forward if they did.
Biggest concern now is whether there is another fund raise around the corner. Looking at cash levels, this could be a possibility, it looks pretty tight, unless sales are up dramatically in H2 and then continue into next year. Sales are definitely heading upwards which is positive but we need that exponential growth not steady.
There are some positives in the results released but nothing major. Let’s hope for some further news in the investor presentation!
