Stefan Bernstein explains how the EU/Greenland critical raw materials partnership benefits GreenRoc. Watch the full video here.
This quote from Warren Irvin on ceo,ca, "@BDMinefinder ......... "Think about it, the rule of thumb I used to use with base metal properties is 3 percent of spot for an in situ resource."
Based on a 3% value of Cascabel @ PFS (measured, indicated, inferred), with Solgold owning 85% of cascabel i see a valuation for solgold @ £3.1 bn, which gets solgold to £1.32 per share
If you want to add value for other projects, then you could easily see this heading towards £1.50 per share
"Investment in early-stage ventures is a third path to growth and one BHP is pursuing with some vigour. For example, it has a stake in London-listed junior SolGold, which is looking for copper in Ecuador"

If anyone is interested have a read of the Feasibility Study, look at Pages 13 & 14, this seems to be an expensive mine to buy with a low IRR and NPV, with a capex of $3BN

Addicknt, last year when i chased this up with HL, they could not issue a SRN number, this was there response last year
"Unfortunately we cannot issue our clients with individual SRN Numbers as we hold all of the Shares electronically via CREST and therefore cannot provide this information."
This last year got bounced between Karl @ Solgold and : Ana Strengari [mailto:Ana@cmi2i.com], but never got resolved and therefore missed seeing Nick Mathers happy face, i'll ping the new Solgold secretary to see if it can be resolved for this years entertainment
Redknight, your link to that document, if i'm reading it correct, this paragraph would suggest the lower the cut off grade the better, as it infers that anything above this point is profitable, so lower is better is it not ?
"Cut-off grade is perhaps the simplest way to understand the economics of large, low grade mining operations. This is the grade above which a particular mine is profitable. Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. is the world’s largest, listed copper producer. It has operations in the America’s, Indonesia and Africa. It also happens to mine some of the lowest copper grades in the world"
Some quotes on twitter today…………..
“Anglo American CEO tells Mines & Money conference that the world will need 30 of its Quellaveco copper mines in the next 20 years as we decarbonise. Tough ask.”
Reply from Stephen Stewart
“Few understand the math beyond 'decarbonisation'.
30 monster copper mines (like Quellaveco) are IMPOSSIBLE to find and put into production in the next 20 years - let alone the next 50 years.
So do copper prices skyrocket or are decarbonisation targets fictitious?”
Fact sheet for Quellaveco

The decarbonisation of the world is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity for those that hold shares in solgold, I hate the phrase patience is required as many have been here for many years, but let’s hope all the major mining companies want what we have, and we can start to see some light at the end of this very long(dark at times) tunnel
"there are five projects that Ambrian rates as having a ‘high’ possibility of a third-party involvement. These are: Cascabel, Viscachitas, Casino, Costa Fuego, and Santo Tomás."

This is a good incite on how Major mining company goes about their exploration, acquisition and JV of juniors, he does explain that majors hate juniors taking out streaming deals, it is worth watching just to see what major mining companies look for, it's 40 minutes long, but worth watching
