Hi.
I have downloaded Telegram and joined a group called 4D pharma which has about 87 followers but I am not seeing any messages. I want to join the action group if possible (my wife and I own 250,000 shares) but we can't see any information on telegram. Please can you help?
Facts vs Speculation
For AIM listed companies, market makers are legally entitled to hold up to 10% of the equity during "normal trading" without obligation to declare it. Each individual firm may have it's own self-imposed internal governance limits below that threashold of course. To believe that "sells" must equal "buys" every day is wholly inaccurate (and naive). One could rationally deduce that a large quantity of stock is being gradually disposed of for somebody - potentially bad news for the share price. Yet, evidently, stock IS being acquired by somebody else (at a bargain price) good news for those lucky investors with funds to buy now. Selling now would be irrational (unless the funds were desperately needed immediately in cash) as supply is currently good depressing the short-term price. Buying currently, as I have been, provides a mid to long-term opportunity to acquire at a price discounted from the company's real value.
Finally, there is no evidence that Richard III was stabbed in the back. He was wearing full body armour. He died of multiple head wounds after his helmet was removed. He was, however, stabbed in the backside - probably post-mortem. What message (if any) this holds for us 4D investors is open to speculation. I prefer to examine only factual information.
Buying so far this morning is 3 times the volume of sells. The (manipulated?) price drop certainly flushed out some cash waiting for the "right" price. You don't spend all that money if you expect further drops. What a bargain today is.
My prediction last month of a 25% rise in Rolls Royce (from a beleaguered 79p) still looks accurate (it is already up 20%) but I actually dumped some today to buy a few more 4D. I adamantly maintain that this is going to outperform RR in the next 4 weeks.
I always base my investments on facts not wild hyperbole. Some posts here are just scaremongering for their own agenda.
1 million more share bought than sold today - and the discount is still there for anyone to take advantage of.
I saw that Masterbluster was back here scaring off new investors so I looked closely at the new poster which frightened him so much he felt compelled to scream "The Sky Is Falling"!
Most investors here won't fully understand how exciting these new results are. The planned study will likely demonstrate measurable improvements for Parkinson's sufferers and lead to ANOTHER potential breakthrough productbfor this ridiculously undervalued bargain stock. Any one of these promising candidates could potentially deliver monthly revenues equal to the current Market Value of 4D at this rock-bottom discount price. The only real risk here is long-term funding - which has already been addressed prudently by the board. A dilution is distasteful but may never be needed and, even if it was necessary, would paradoxically boost this undervalued stock because funds would then be secured.
I am going on record here to say that every penny of today's share price will be 3p after the AGM. Let's see who is right.
Masterbluster is entitled to speculate. They clearly wish to depress the share price by doing it so publicly here. Many others (notably PhilGekko and Porky9) wish to see it rise. Everyone is allowed their guess: I have already posted mine. However, your guess is as good as mine - if you base your's on facts. I wish Phil and Porky would confine their posts to the (excellent) factual summaries (which they periodically provide) and simply repost them daily to remind everyone.
Or, at least whenever wildly speculative posts are made with the transparent (but occassionally successful) intention of encouraging private investors to panic and "clear out" their holding - sometimes at a significant loss. Whilst I find shorting and scaremongering shameful, anyone gullible enough to sell out to "the leaches" must ultimately blame themselves. The published facts, of a company with a clearly successful but novel medicine that needs more funding to conclusively prove it's obvious efficacy, are all that persuade me. Selling at a loss now, only to see the share price instantly leap when funding and or FDA approval is eventually secured, is too unpalatable for me. I don't know if I have a stronger or weaker stomach than those who have already jumped ship but I do believe that a successful innovation like this has a future whether the funding comes from dilution or not. Exploration of the microbiome will definitely lead to unprecedented treatments, 4D have created the best map available and continue to develop it with some astonishingly clever cartographers and the best compass in the world - that they own exclusively. I will continue to hold throughout all this scaremongering. Fact.
When less than £10k of buying (in the face of far greater selling) moves the headline asking price up by over 7% (which, as CRL123 points out isn't even the real offer price - that's much lower) I am left bemused. What is the advantage/motive for such behaviour?
4D is such an interesting proposition.
I added a further 10,000 at around 33p yesterday.
I see that this Sangijuelas character keeps posting free advice to those they have never met or (in my case) do not believe even exist. Methinks he does protest too much and I am intrigued why anyone would spend so much time trying to drive down sentiment here. Sangijuelas is actually Spanish for leech; I wonder whose blood is being sucked to sustain this one? They boasted about successfully shutting down a poster who was also accused of being fake but certainly hundreds of thousands of shares were bought in multiples of 10,000 and 10,123 (an oddly specific quantity which I don't understand) and I still see this unusual quantity keep appearing among other purchases in 10,000 multiples almost every single day. Is someone building a huge position here whilst Sangijuelas is being paid to talk the price down. They say not. But I hope so because I keep adding whatever I can afford every time I see Sangijuelas make a negative post and the price drops. I feel truly sorry for those individual investors who are being led to lose their investments this way.
Sangijuelas, remind us all again of your benevolent motives, lest we forget.
I see someone bought a total of 110,000 shares this morning around 8:15. I wonder if BuyHighSellLow had a change of heart and retook their position?
I now ignore Sangijuelas. He sent me some weird message when I started posting on here and I see he has made so many posts for (and against) 4D in the past few months that one can tell when he was holding stock because he was Rampy McRampface. When he is short (like now) he is El Pesimista. I only trust honest posters who don't frighten decent Private Investors into selling their stock for a £40,000+ loss the day before the market rises almost 10%. Shame on him. Although I haven't bought any more DDDD stock today, I am waiting for the next unfortunate Private Investor to lose their nerve so that I can buy some of their stock on the cheap. I stand by my prediction of a £1.30p price before the end of August. I have still only seen positive FACTUAL evidence on this stock recently. All the supposition just instills doubt and fear.
....also, some of my buys yesterday were posted on here (lse.co.uk) as sells. What's that about?
I bought another 40,000 more yesterday at an average price of just under 34p. I am very happy I did so even though the price is slightly lower today. I wonder why the existing investors on here are not buying more too. Is it because they already have a lot of this stock and feel overexposed? Coming to this with a fresh pair of eyes, I can only see massive opportunity at this price. 4D pharma is for sale at less than £60 million. This post will be here in a few weeks time when I conservatively predict that the price will be over 4 times that. Maybe a lot more, who knows? What nobody here knows is why the stock is so cheap when we do now know that the science is valid. How odd.
Who is Shane ?
*PIONEERING and lucrative market.
4d Pharma is currently valued at £62 million.
A classic Mercedes 300 SLR just sold for about twice that amount.
This entire company, succeeding in a pioneering field in a and almost limitlessly lucrative market, is supposedly worth only half the price of a used car.
Where would you rather invest ?
Yes, of course I will continue adding at every price dip.
I don't get a couple of the responses to my first post. Were they responding to another post? If not, I am sorry. If you rephrase or explain them I hope I will understand. I know there is a lot of "banter" and in-jokes in this particular share group. Thank you CRL 123, you were nice and clear.
Meanwhile, please could somebody explain what the "presentation" on Sunday is? Why is it on a Sunday? Is that normal? Thank you all again.
I have only just opened an LSE account as I find some factual information here very useful. I have also seen a vast amount of personal opinion and unsubstantiated speculation. If people make predictions, why don't they subsequently follow up with their resultant accuracy?
I bought 10,000 shares at just above79.5p yesterday and predict that they will return to £1 within 3 months. This will yield a profit of 25%
If my Limted Order is triggered before then I will repost to confirm my prediction. If not, I will repost in early August with an the update of the relative (in)accuracy of my forecast. If all contributors (who opine without data or material facts) did the same, we could at least assess their track record at guessing.
I have been reading the poorly substantiated arguments and wildly opinionated forecasts on this BB for some time and decided today to open an LSE account and to buy two chunks of shares (10,000 each). I have read all the predictions and listened to the podcast:
https://www.bioprocessonline.com/doc/live-biologics-the-microbiome-with-d-pharma-s-duncan-peyton-0001
I predict that I have just spent the wisest £6.5k of my entire life. I expect that the price could drop further - in which case I will buy more - but I predict that I will make £20k profit on today's buy within 3 months. That is my prediction. I will post again in 3 months.
Please don't mind me. Just keep arguing your wishful opinions among yourselves whilst I wait for my limited order to execute at £1.32 per shares when all this madness settles down.
