My suspicions are they will be raising cash soon. Perhaps at a small premium to todays price, hence they have told ennismore to go ahead and buy in the market. Just guessing. I would welcome a placing to help improve liquidity. I had a look through the accounts. The 12.5% interest on their boost loan was a bit of a shocker. All loans expected to be fully repaid by H1 2016. Couldn't see how much they have available to drawdown but i would think they will try to avoid this seeing as they have been repaying the debt. A few months ago when it was trading at 111p it was on a forward PE of 15. Now the 2015 EPS has been revised to 1.9p, the stock was re-rated and is trading at a PE of around 15 again. Seems to be the figure the market is basing its valuation, so imo won't go much lower. They have good partnerships with the likes of Microsoft, Dell, Vodafone. Piers Linney as co-chief exec. Looks like a good investment to me. Just need to see how they're going to raise more finance. I think most shareholders would probably prefer a placing than increasing the debt. There's only 35mill shares in issue and 61% of that in free float. Dilution would be good imo.
Ennismore up to 6.78% now
Buy / Sell 30.6 / 28.5 Max buy is 25,000 shares @ 30.756, anything more NT
I can get a quote to buy up to 52,500 shares @ 31.3p. Anything more goes NT. Think you need to have a word with your broker lol
Buy / Sell 30.756 / 28.5
I took some this morning here. Looks interesting. 2015 forward PE of around 15 which is pretty darn good for company like this. Expected to hit breakeven point towards end of this year. Have a Dragon so you can be pretty confident the company will be well run and have a huge book of city contacts. Now that businesses are recovering, they will start to plan to move away from Office servers and move everything to the cloud, exactly what outsourcery does. You should take all these broker notes with a pinch of salt. The numbers are there to calculate their target price but they are based on forecasts over the next 5 years or so. Having said that, a £10m market cap looks like a good entry. My only issue is liquidity. Only 35 mill shares and 30% not in public hands. All-in-all, risk/reward looks good. BUY imo

Amazing buy opportunity!! http://www.directorstalk.com/medusa-mining-plc-opportunity-to-buy-on-weakness-as-expansion-at-co-o-mine-on-target/
Hedging the gold price is basically locking in the price at which you sell it. In other words, MML get whatever the price is when they sell their gold. If they hedged the price at say $1600 then they would get that price, whether the gold price rises or falls. Having said that, MML is down due to a revised production estimate in the latest presentation and also technical indicators explained here: http://www.shareprophets.com/analysis/23/sell-medusa-mining-mml-gap-down-through-50-day-moving-average-targets-264p-again At the end of the day, MML is such a low cost producer (currently $250-$300/oz), it shouldn't effect them too much, thats why they don't hedge. A company like VGM which has cost of $1600/oz is a different story. Drop overdone imo. I would be buying around the 210-215p level if it goes that low.

New MML broker tip (Cantor Fitzgerald (formerly Seymour Pierce)) : BUY - Price: 270.75, Target: 416.00
Just be careful there.....production has been falling and cash cost per oz rising. It does look cheap fundamentally though. See also: http://www.spreadbetmagazine.com/blog/avocet-mining-shocking-financial-journalism-by-shares-magazi.html/
