Let's see if there's one at 7am. And if the tsunami of buying continues. An RTO into Lamellar is more than we could have hoped for just a few weeks ago. It's 'mutli bagged' already but it was completely on its a*se and had nothing but failure priced in.

If they can get back to 5+p like some are suggesting it'll be a greater comeback than a Rocky finale.

they also had some lung condition applications in the iclaprim pipeline and that was what Lamellar wanted to take a look at it for a year ago.

Iclaprim actually passed P3 with motif, in fact they passed TWO phase 3 trials. Trials that were supposed to have been set up in accoradance with the FDA after the Arpida failure.

That's why so many people loaded up around 40p and that's why the CRL from the FDA was such a shock.

Liver toxicity wasn't even raised in the pre submission meeting apparently. Was all very fishy. Either lumsden ignored the toxicity in exchange for milking a pay packet for 5 yrs, or the FDA didn't want to approve even with a black label due to big pharma leaning on them or whatever.

Whatever happened, I certainly wouldn't begrudge LTHs any fortune at all here!

They have enough until June now (probably thanks to finally forcing lumsden to take a cut) and they become a shell in July if nothing happens until then. So let's see...

So lumsden FINALLY steps down as CEO and they suddenly have enough cash to last the extra month. Says it all. He should be frogmarched to the bank and forced to hand his salary from the last yr back to the CFO.

There may be some hope yet that they can do sthg with this ticker, whether it be a TO or RTO. Plenty of tax credits to sweeten the deal. Also, surely iclaprim has some value?

We owned 18.9% of Belluscura before today's RNS. Now we will own more and have the option to own a lot more yet at a limited price should it get FDA approval. Throw the warrants in too and that's gold.

Not often you see a 'good placing' especially in current mkt conditions.

First of all, apologies, I thought with the recent placing along with news on the horizon re Belluscura and Salarius, that we wouldn't need another one so soon. The recent SP drop showed more buys than sells so I suspected mkt manipulation, perhaps the MMs filling a big order before FDA approval. It turns out it was a classic pre placing pullback. Fair play to 'clenchedcheeks' et al for calling it - I had clenched cheeks myself when I saw the rns this morning!

However, it's fair to say that the company give a very thorough and positive breakdown of the placing and what they will do with it. It is very far from any 'keep the lights on' situation.

10p (double the 5p placing from Feb) for 10% dilution, and in return they will increase their stake in Belluscura, which is very telling, and retain the option to further increase it at a fixed price should the FDA approve the device - which is very shrew indeed.

The other three projects appear to be getting a little bit more cash each (Salarius in particular) in order to finally get them over the line.

It's a bitter pill as most placings are. But at least now when news DOES land there won't be the usual funding fears to drag the price down on the next rise - especially if they get FDA approval and are then allowed to increase their holding up to a certain price (they'll effectively be buying free money if that happens).

So, apologies for miscalculating the company finances considering what is on the horizon. However I'll stick my neck out once again and say that as far a placings go this is effectively a 'mates rates' offer just before an anticipated rocket and it gives them the opportunity to go big in Belluscura - they certainly are confident of approval obviously!

Same thing happened recently with both HEMO and especially AVCT. I for one will put my money where my mouth is and load up around the 10p mark. For those who bought higher, I hope you have the patience to stick this one out. Between Salarius and Belluscura I can still see 50p+ here this year. Tek went from 5 to 23p on rumours recently, now the rumours are due to become reality so what price then? We should find out soon enough. Fingers crossed either way!

Of course I respect the opinions of others, as long as they're supported by facts, but anyway fair play for admitting you missed the recent placing RNS.

I've been here a long time too and was buying from 25 all the way down to 5. Now it's frustrating that just as the projects seem to be coming to seriously profitable inflection points, the MMs decide to smash the sentiment and stop it being reflected in the SP as was happening in the rise to 23p just a couple of weeks ago.

If Belluscura gets approved the SP will take care of itself. If not, then we wait a little longer for Salarius to sign a few deals. Either way, Tek is a buy IMO.

Bigbang there was a large seller in Avacta that recently dragged the price from 73 to 55. Some PIs panicked and sold out too. As soon as the II was out, it shot up to 120. Just an example of why retail shouldn't always react to price movements, IMO that's the easiest and quickest way to lose money usually.

Am sorry clenched cheeks (apt name) but that's a pathetically transparent post, and please don't sign off with a DYOR if you haven't even bothered to research yourself before commenting!

They last placing was just two months ago and it was stated that this was a raise done to see projects through to monetisation.

Salarius IS unique, as they have the IP to protect them (not just for the salt but also the way it is added to food). Their nearest rival Tate and Lyle can't even manage to stick their grains to the food and can't match the flavour, and if they try they will be infringing on Tek owned patents (unlike you I DID research and got this from the CEO himself).

Lucyd is starting to take off, is now both the best and cheapest in its area, also has extremely valuable IP, and will be profitable by next year.

Guident owned IP is becoming crucial in the current covid economy and has an incredibly strong team for such a start up - all took pay cuts to join in exchange for performance based rewards in future.

Salarius could become THE salt supplier for the likes of McDonald's, Pringles, etc in the near future.

It's tedious that I have to waste my own time repeating this easy to find info because people like you lie in order to attempt to drag the price down to sthg you can afford.

Maybe there are too many RNSs here for you to bother going through. Let me save some time for you - they are all positive updates.

The buys HAVE outnumbered sells for the past two weeks whilst the SP has been halved by MMs trying to fill an order in exchange for commission. That's the worst thing about AIM but in a few years Tek could well be main market anyway. Even the MMs can't fight an SP rise when actual PROFIT starts rolling in.

Add to this the imminent FDA decision on Belluscura which is sthg the world needs right now and will be worth multiples to Tek, and I think you should just get your coat now, don't you?

MMs are diabolical. Just wiped a million off the mcap based on a 200 quid sell. This has been so blatantly played the last two weeks. Buys more than sells, not rising on any buy but dropping the midprice to the bid on any sell.

So frustrating when the value here nowhere near reflects the reality. Would drive me mad but planning to hold for the next 2-3 years at least. Just feel bad for anyone getting mugged now.

However, these silly little games can't go on forever. News will drive this up sooner or later.

The 2020 are a massive upgrade apparently, check out the reviews on Lucyd they actually say the old ones weren't nearly as good. Someone also said they are now way better than the Bose equivalent which are much more expensive. A good time to roll out into the other sales platforms then...

Just ordered a pair of Lucyd loud XL 2020 edition, will let you know how they are (ordered though a mate in the US so might take a while to arrive). They certainly look good on the website and considering the tech involved $60 is super cheap.

ETX is certainly a strange share to be in. Have never seen a company which so little news. A couple of relatively low key collaborations in the last couple of years and that's it unless I've missed sthg?

They recently did a rampy covid rns but that doesn't appear to have come to anything as yet. A placing at 3p saw it shoot up to 12p quickly. Something's going on but haven't the foggiest what it is. Anybody have any concrete idea?

Was always impressed by the presentation of their discovery model at least.
