One of the depressing issues with the delays is that ANGS could have produced gas right now and sold it at market rates, all of it, which would do wonders for the share - but as time drags by the window narrows and then the hedge kicks in for the first 3.34 mmscfd at the hedge agreement price

£ 450k a month starting in July........ then £ 890 k from October...

That's a lot of shares to issue if they don't hit the first gas date - and they have to reach 3.34 Mmscfpd

£ 7k a day doesn't go far in a company that employs a dozen people plus some consultants

IBug - decline curves are indicative but if you plat all the data you get a fair fit with BOPD = 3.216 x number of months since March2020 +10.44

They held production fairly flat in Q1 &Q 2 2021 - I seem to remember they were trying to manage the water cut - but since then the numbers have been falling slowly. It looks as if long term it will plateau in the low 50's per day - which would be economic for a small outfit such as Europa or Egdon tho not for UKOG which seems to have more people and higher outgoings. Eventually it's the water that will kill it but right now they seem to have that pretty much under control. I wouldn't panic on the basis of one months higher water cut

UKOG is unique in my experience as NEVER providing any current numbers and NEVER giving any production guidance -

Latest figures fit well with the long term decline curve - even the first from the first 6 months - now we have 20 months of data and it's still on track

Suggests current production is 55 - 70 Bopd and 80-90 bwpd - that's a couple of oil tankers and maybe 3 water tankers a week

he bidding war parties will have to pay more 4p nav...

the market values ANGS at 0.8p mate

If any professional operators are short, then they will need to reverse their books - lots of good things on the short-term horizon here.

Whyteh Market kept teh price at arounf 1p rather than 1.4 p

that would be logical and its the case in some countries - but here the lawyers and the politicians are scared of voters - who really dislike any new development near them

They're in date because the OGA has extended them (some several times). The Licensees have to have the licences extended to be able to do the work programme but they also need PP.

It really doesn't matter a toss as long as the OGA take that attitude - you only get your feet held to the fire when you have achieved PP. It's the least of anyone's worries onshore
