Simply because they have the production history for the period in question - that's all solid, verifiable data and far more accurate than Trices over-the-rainbow dreams
And you clearly need to read the weasel words in ANY CPR - its impossible to sue - it's "our best opinion at the time"
you'd have to PROVE the consultants had deliberately bent the results...... it's never been done AFAIK
